SCHEDULE - “C” The materials shall be issued to the contractor as following:- S. No. Name of Material Unit Rate of Bitumen P/MT at which Place of issue deduction shall be made (Rate in Rs.) 1 Bitumen VG-10 MT 54600.00 P.D., P.W.D. Store at Mainpuri Conditions:- 1- There shall have no claim of contractor, if the material is not issued by the department due to non-availability in store or any other reason. 2- The unconsumed material issued in excess of bonafide consumption norms, shall have to be returned back to the store as mentioned above, failing which a recovery at the punitive rate, i.e., double the issue rate shall be made from the contractor’s bill. 3- Contractor have to return empty bitumen drums/emulsion drums immediately, failing which a recovery at the punitive rate i.e., Rs. 3000 per drum shall be recovered from the contractor’s bill. 4- The departmental road roller if spare, shall be made available to the contractor at site @ Rs. 2500 per day including POL charges, wages of driver and cleaner. If roller is kept idle due to non-availability of material or labour, recovery @ Rs. 2500 per day shall be made from contractor’s bill for idle period.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead. The earth in form of cutting to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.503. excluding GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.Excluding GST.
