Seal Coat Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 Case - III : Type C (I) Bitumen (S-90) Including cost of material labour and T&P but excluding cost of GST.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. Cement Concrete Pavement Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 . Including cost of material labour and T&P but excluding cost of GST.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced (M-10) concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 802,803,1202 & 1203 As per S.I. No- 305 ch- 5. Including cost of material labour and T&P but excluding cost of GST.

Excavation in Foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay, or sand) including lift upto 1.5 metre (5 fts.) and lead upto 30 m (100 fts) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 m. (100 fts) from the foundation trenches. As per S.I. No- 251 ch- 4. Including cost of material labour and T&P but excluding cost of GST.

12 mm Cement plaster in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm. In girth and finished even and smooth. No extra for mixing any additive. (II) 1 Cement : 4 fine sand. As per S.I. No-17.58 ch- 13. Including cost of material labour and T&P but excluding cost of GST.

Brick masonry work (1:4) in cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 600,1200 & 1203, As per S.I. No- 305 ch- 6. Including cost of material labour and T&P but excluding cost of GST.
