Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 ans 1204

Earth work in embankment with ordinary soil in 20 cm. Layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M. lift with carted earth up to 3.000 km distance. as directed by the Engineer in charge Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, all taxes and labour cess complete. Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design over a prepared sub base with 43 grade (OPC) cement or any other type as per clause no.1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade),Course and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding size of 25 mm mixed in a concrete mixture of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the formwork as per drawing). Spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying deboning strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joint , admixture as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-day, using curing compound (Where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification without dowel bar. Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using Viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, all taxes and labour cess complete.
