Construction of joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.4-53mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. WBM Gradeing-3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing, Laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emuslion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type 'C' as per Tehnical Specification Clause 508 (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular "pits not exceeding Vi meter (20") in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 Cm. (8") layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m. (5 ft) lift and 30 m. (100') lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m. (100') distance as directed by the E/I. as per S.I. No. 253 for pateri, including cartage of earth from 3 km distance. (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)
