Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with 2% cement (OPC) with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 including all material, labour, T&P, taxes but excluding GST.

Providing, laying and spreading Material on a prepared Sub Base cement @ 4% by weight to the spread Material Manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desire unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of base including all material, labour, T&P, taxes but excluding GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG10) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including all material, labour, T&P, taxes but excluding GST.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508 including all material, labour, T&P, taxes but excluding GST.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 including all material, labour, T&P, taxes but excluding GST.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days including all material, labour, T&P, taxes but excluding GST.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead upto 30 M. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches including all material, labour, T&P, taxes but excluding GST.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including all material, labour, T&P, taxes but excluding GST.

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in Drain excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire including all material, labour, T&P, taxes but excluding GST.

M.S. (tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage, bend, hooks, and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire including all material, labour, T&P, taxes but excluding GST.

Bedding for Pipe Type A (Concrete Cradle) Bedding Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including all material, labour, T&P, taxes but excluding GST.

M-150 Brick Work in 1:3 (One cement & three coarse sand) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including all material, labour, T&P, taxes but excluding GST.

Providing of reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row excluding fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 and excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1106.( only cost of pipe incl cost of NP-3 pipe including cartage and CP) including all material, labour, T&P, taxes but excluding GST.

Laying of Hume pipe in position (labour only) including labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work including all material, labour, T&P, taxes but excluding GST.

Fixing of joints in hume pipe with juit and cement etc.including cost of all matrial labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work, (i) 350 to 600 mm dia including all material, labour, T&P, taxes but excluding GST.

Struck pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 parts of fine sand of 1.25 Fineness modulus including all material, labour, T&P, taxes but excluding GST.

12 mm thick plaster with cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modules in 1:3 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including all material, labour, T&P, taxes but excluding GST.

White washing three coat including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including all material, labour, T&P, taxes but excluding GST.
