Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS-1 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. (Excluding cost of GST).

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (Excluding cost of GST).

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. (Excluding cost of GST).

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Excluding cost of GST).

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501. (Excluding cost of GST).

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from local pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No 300-2 (Excluding cost of GST).

Excavation in Foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay, or sand) including lift upto 1.5 metre (5 fts.) and lead upto 30 m (100 fts) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 m. (100 fts) from the foundation trenches (S.I. No.251). (Excluding cost of GST)

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 km.(5 miles) from the site of work and including watering, dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (Rate is Including Royality) (S.I. No.255). (Excluding cost of GST)

Cement concrete with 4 cm (1.5") gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 6 : 3 : 1 including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No.280). (Excluding cost of GST)

Random course rubble masonary in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth, including supply of material as order by the Engineer-in-charge, labour, T&P etc, required for proper completion of work (Ch.-8, Additional Item-2). (Excluding cost of GST)

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP-3 for culvert on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection work, back filling, concrete and masonary works in head walls and parapits clouse 1106. (Excluding cost of GST)

Raised pointing with cement and Fine sand 1.25 F.M. mortar on brick work in proportion of 1 :2, including supply of all material, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work (S.I. No.577). (Excluding cost of GST)

Cement concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 4 : 2 : 1 including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No.279 (New Item-a)). (Excluding cost of GST)

R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour& T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item. (S.I. No.284(1)). (Excluding cost of GST)

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage & overlapping & hooks. (S.I. No.504). (Excluding cost of GST)

Providing and laying boulders apron on river bed for protection against scour with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg each complete as per drawing and Technical specification. (Excluding cost of GST)

Supply and fixing of 100mm dia PVC spouts including supply of material labour T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. S.I. No. New Item-3 (Ch-19) (Excluding cost of GST)
