Construction of granular sub-base by providing Coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 including all type of taxes, cess, tolls octroi etc, but excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including all type of taxes, cess, tolls octroi etc, but excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density including all type of taxes, cess, tolls octroi etc, but excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per disign, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 (Grade)(1:1½:3) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints as per norms, applying debonding strips primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction, joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (Where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 including Cost of Polythene Sheet and also including complete shifting of matrials & Concrete etc. SOR 2014 (b) including all type of taxes, cess, tolls octroi etc, but excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (stablized) with bitumen emulsion SS-2 3.5% & cement 1% OPC 43 grade specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including all type of taxes, cess, tolls octroi etc, but excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including all type of taxes, cess, tolls octroi etc, but excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete (Grade-II) with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including all type of taxes, cess, tolls octroi etc, but excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material including all type of taxes, cess, tolls octroi etc, but excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete M-15 in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications including all type of taxes, cess, tolls octroi etc, but excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete M-25 in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications including all type of taxes, cess, tolls octroi etc, but excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications including all type of taxes, cess, tolls octroi etc, but excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP4 /prestressed concrete pipe of 300 mm dia for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets including all type of taxes, cess, tolls octroi etc, but excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Pointing with cement mortar (1:2) on brick work in substructure as per Technical Specifications including all type of taxes, cess, tolls octroi etc, but excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3) on brick work in substructure as per Technical Specifications including all type of taxes, cess, tolls octroi etc, but excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications including all type of taxes, cess, tolls octroi etc, but excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.Rates are inclusive of all taxes, royalty etc. All T&P/machine materail and labour required for proper completion of work as per SOR Sl.No-19.01 including all type of taxes, cess, tolls octroi etc, but excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of repeatitive bars of hot applied thermoplastic compound 5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 500 gms per sqm area, thickness of 5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes including all type of taxes, cess, tolls octroi etc, but excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply , fixing & eraction of build up Cantilever Structure 6 m span comprising of one vertical posts of 6.00 M height made p of 300 mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm MS plate at top & 12 mm MS plate at bottom. The horizonatal Truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia heavy class M.S. pipe and 40 mm dia heavy M S pipe as bracing & 10 mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel plant. The work includes construction of RCC Foundation of size 0.90x0.90x1.50 M of required depth as per site condition for build up structure including Earth work in excavation 100 mm thick Lean Concrete in 1:3:6 cement coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast. RCC withand 1:2:4 cement coarse sand and 20 mm stone grit including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia Foundation Bolts 600 mm long as per provision of structure design including cost of reinforcement & shuttering.The lateral vertical clearances and complete. Installation work shall be as per relevant clauses of MORT&H specification section 800 and IRC 67 2010 complete in all respect. The rates shall include cost of design fabrication, supply, transportion, local shifting, Erection of signage structure using crane, inclusive of all taxes etc. all T&P machine and labour required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and fixing of retro-reflective signboards comprising of customised modular PU Epoxy Coated MS angle iron frame work, aluminum composite panel (ACP) as base board, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet and electro cut coloured overlay film/latex printing. The horizontal and vertical members including inclined outer members of the MS frame module shall be made of pair MS angle iron. No panel size shall be more than one sqm and each panel shall be braced diagonally (one way only) with MS angle. The MS freme module shall have length not more the 3 mtr. The aluminium composite panel (ACP) shall have a thickness of 4mm with 0.5mm thick skin of aluminium on both sides. The ACP shall be fixed on the MS frame with pop riveting or with self taping SS screwa 5mm dia spaced not more than 300mm centre to centre ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame. On the front visible face of ACP, micro prismatic retro-reflactive sheet confirming to type-IV of ATMS D 4956-09 shall be pressure fixed. The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 years outdoor weathering in indian condition as per IRC 67:2012 & Proof of the same in form of goverment report shall be uploaded which quoting tender. Sinage on MS frame of 35x35x5 mm. The rate shall include all material, labour equipments, fabrication, transportion, erection, installion and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
