Class M-150 Brick work in 1:3 cement and coarse sand of 1.25 fineness modulous mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc required for proper completion of the work sa per SI No 303 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Finshing walls with two coat of water proof cement paint of approved quality on previously old treated surface with this paint to give and even shade including supply of all materials labour and T&P for completion of work as per SI No 662 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Distempering (Two coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undeorated wall surfaces to give an even and shade over and including a priming coat with cement primer of appoved brand and manufacture such as berger J and N Shalimar, Asian paints after cost of all materials labour T&P etc complete. SI No 650+651 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Painting or waranishing old work two coat with ready mixed paint one coat of approved supeior quality ready mixed paint or varnish including all labour T&P for proper completion of work as per SI No 642+643 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Supply & Fixing Galvanized Mosquitos proof heavy quality iron wire gauge of expended metal heavy quality over windows and including supply of C.P. teak wood batten 8 cm (3"3/8") flat iron 25 mm 4 mm and including supply of necessary screws all labour and tools & plant etc required for proper completion of the work. As per S.I. No. 455 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Supply & fixing of water storage tank 500 hundred litre capacity of syntex/approve quality make. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and appling white cement based putty of average thickness of 1mm approved brand and manufacturer over the plasterd wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth including cost of material labour T&P etc complete. SI No. DSR 13.8 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 of not less than strength of M-150 stone ballast and curing complete, including cost of formwork in foundation SI NO. 281 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Construction of un-reinforced and construction joint only plain cement concrete pavement thicknesh as per drawing over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement as per clause 1501.22 M-30 (Grade coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixture of not less than 0.20cum capacity and aproctimat weight batcher using approved mis design laid in approved fixed etc form work (Steel, channel laying & fixing fo 125 micron thick polythin film wedge steel plates including leveling the form work as per drawing) speading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted, using niddle sceed and plate vibrators and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction joints applying primers sealent and construction joint admixtures as approved curring of concrete slabe for 14 days curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.
