Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

S/F of Smart City For branding signage made of stainless steel plate of size 750X300 mm, 2 mm Gauge including Letters engraved 1 mm deep & painted in the sheet fixed with 2 numbers of 1 m height CP pole of 50 mm dia and fixed with cement concrete as per design and drawing complete in all respect as directed by engineer in charge.

Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure).

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil(loam clay or sand)including lift up to 1.50mtr and lead up to 30mtr. including filling watering and ramming of Excavated earth into the trenches of into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal & Disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in-charge up to a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.(Excluding Royalty) Excluding GST up to 1.5m depth

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%),flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, levelling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and levelling as directed, unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and levelling as directed, within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately)

UPPWD Item 279- Cement concrete with 40 mm gauge approved stone Ballast , coarse sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plant etc required for proper completion of work. 279(B)- Same as above item no.279 but with20 mm stone grit instead of 40 mm gauge stone ballast .In proportion of 1:5:3.Excluding GST

Sand filling with local sand including supply of all labour, material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

M.S or Iron work of small sizes and section such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie rod grating etc brought to required form including supply of steel bolts, nuts wastages, etc. And their fixing required for proper completion of the work. Excluding GST. Same as in item above but in heavy sizes such as Trusses, built up gates, record racks, roof work, Gates etc. Including riveting or welding where necessary. Excluding GST. ( 9 m span)

Painting or varnishing new work in small area, new wood work, 2 coat upto 1 sqm for ready mix priming paint and 1 coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint / varnish including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should confirm ISI no. 103- 1950

Dismantling of Existing plaster including disposal of Refuse within a distance of 60m

M-150 brick work in 1 : 3 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work Excluding GST for Brick work Foundation, Main Drain & Seating Area (Brick Work around the floor)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material of Grade-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORTH clause 401 (150 mm thick)

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Cement concrete with 20 mm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plant etc required for proper completion of work. Excluding GST (200 mm thick)

Dismantling of Steel/ Tin work including stacking of dismantled materials and Re-erection of the same item including minor foundation works in totality of the same dimension within park boundary as directed by Engineer - in- charge

Dismantling of RCC or R.B work including stacking of dismantled materials with in 60m distance as directed by Engineer - in- charge
