Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge: All kinds of soil

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil(loam clay or sand)including lift up to 1.50mtr and lead up to 30mtr. including filling watering and ramming of Excavated earth into the trenches of into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal & Disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in-charge up to a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.(Excluding Royalty) Excluding GST up to 1.5m depth

Dismantling of RCC or R.B work including stacking of dismantled materials with in 60m distance as directed by Engineer - in- charge

Disposal of surplus Dismantling Materials at a distance of 8 Km. from site including loading and unloading complete in all respect.

Dismantling of Existing plaster including disposal of Refuse within a distance of 60m

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Sand filling with local sand including supply of all labour, material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cement concrete with 20mm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in proportion of 1:1.5:3 including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plant etc required for proper completion of the work Excluding GST

M.S. or iron work of small sizes and sections such as holding down bolts, holdfast, tie rods, Grating, etc. brought to required form including supply of steel bolts, nuts, wastage etc and their fixing required for proper completion of the work. Excluding GST (Item - 10.01) same as above but in MS Grills and Stair case railing excluding GST

Painting or varnishing new work in small area, new wood work, 2 coat upto 1 sqm for ready mix priming paint and 1 coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint / varnish including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should confirm ISI no. 103- 1950

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material of Grade-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORTH clause 401 (150 mm thick)

Cement concrete with 20 mm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plant etc required for proper completion of work. Excluding GST (200 mm thick)

UPPWD Item 279- Cement concrete with 40 mm gauge approved stone Ballast , coarse sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plant etc required for proper completion of work. 279(B)- Same as above item no.279 but with20 mm stone grit instead of 40 mm gauge stone ballast .In proportion of 1:5:3.Excluding GST

MS in Plain work such as RCC or RB work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel and its wastage bend, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire. Excluding GST Consider 200kg/cum of concrete volume as reinforcement.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure).

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%),flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, levelling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and levelling as directed, unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and levelling as directed, within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately)
