Note- (1) Payment will be on the basis of weight of poly sulphide applied in joints.

Part-I (Civil)- Providing , fixing, embedding in concrete as required 50 NB G.I. Pipes 'medium type' as per IS-1239 (part-1) complete with GI fittings and clamps, including cutting etc.

Part-I (Civil)- Providing externally Rough cast plaster upto all height with a mixture of sand and gravel or crushed stone from 6 mm to 10 mm nominal size, dashed over and including the fresh plaster in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and top layer 10 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with crushed stone as per above and 2% water proofing compound by weight of cement including all scaffolding, making grooves at the junction of brick and concrete surface, hacking of concrete surface, scarifying the under layer, curing all complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.

Part-I (Civil)- Supplying fabrication, erecting, fixing and embedding cutting of thread of foundation bolt, stud bolt, Anchor bolt of material as specified in drawings at the specified level and orientation ,to be checked using suitable levelling instrument such , total station. (Weight of these bolts will not be paid separately in item pertaining to fabrication of St. steel / Stainless steel). Test certificate is required pertaining to material conformance to relevant IS code , material will be sent for third party testing at the risk and cost of contractor .

Part-I (Civil)- Anchor bolt M36 X 4P X 1150mm length, of material as per IS:2062 grade E250 quality BR and threads as per IS:14962 (Part-3)-2001 and thread length 125mm.

Part-II (ERECTION WORKS)- Shifting and installation of CFVS scrubber tank on the constructed foundation with the deployment of suitable trailor, mobile crane, manpower etc. all complete as per technical specification part II: Erection works.

Part-II (ERECTION WORKS)- Shifting, Erection & installation of left in place shuttering of roof slab of shielding wall fabricated as per item no. 21 of Part-1. The scope of item includes shifting , lifting , placing in position , of left in place shuttering using proper lifting machinery (like mobile crane, hydra , etc of required capacity ) and other mechanicals tools & equipments required to carry out the job by ensuring all the safety precautions and measures. Also, contractor has to ensure the installation of left in shuttering at proper place, all the connections must be in good condition and placed as per drawing & technical specifications . The scope also includes , welding , bolting , riveting etc. that may be required to be carried out of left in place shuttering after its placing in position .Note- 1. Contractor has to ensure proper barricading of the area during execution of the job. 2. Contractor must adhere to all the instructions given by F&IS section of NAPS during execution of the work. 3. Payment will be on the basis of each number of left in place shuttering erected and installed over shielding wall of each unit.
