Supply, erection, testing and commi-ssioing of 2x1000 kVA compact sub-station (CSS). The module shall comprise of 2 Nos. 1000 KVA substation, placed side by side. The sub-station 1 shall have complete HT switch gear, both the sub station shall have one transformer each and LT switch gear. The compact sub station enclosure shall be of "Non walk in type" (Model type: VVVVV module) Non extensible type. CSS enclosure should be duly type tested for Internal Arc test by CPRI. Details of each substation is as follows. CSS-1 (1) The CSS-1 shall house five numbers 630 Amp. of fixed motorized VCB's in SF6 insulated stainless steel enclosure with self powered series trip microprocessor based numerical over current and earth fault relay of type ADR 241S or equivalent (with RS 485 port for future SCADA Communication) (or latest). The five VCBs shall act as two numbers Incomer VCB and 3 Nos. outgoing VCB each of 630 Amp. As per CEE's Spec. Transformer:-1000 KVA copper wound 11KV/0.433 KV DYn11 cast resin Dry type transformer with off load tap links of +5% to -5% @ 2.5 % with WTI scanner losses and impedance as per latest IEC. LT Incoming:- 1 No. of 1600A, 4p, 433V, 65KA (Ics=Icu=Icw) ACB Micro-processor based EDO type with metering (O/L,S/C/E/F) Protection. Bus Coupler:- 1No. of 1600A, 4P, 50KA, 433V ACB Microprocessor based fixed type. LT Out goings:- 1 No. of 1600A, 4P, 433V, 65KA (Ics=Icu=Icw) ACB Micro-processor based EDO type for FEEDER PILLAR-1. FEEDER PILLAR-1 Shall consists of:- 5 outgoing of 400 Amp. MCCB's and 2 outgoing of 630 Amp. MCCB with one no. 600Kvar APFC Panel CSS-2 shall house 1no 1000 KVA, 11KV/0.433 KV, DYn11 cast resin Dry type transformer with off load tap links of +5% to -5% @ 2.5% with WTI scanner losses and Impedance as per latest IEC. LT Incoming:- 1 No. of 1600A, 4p, 433V, 65KA (Ics=Icu=Icw) ACB Micro-processor based EDO type with metering; (O/L,S/C/E/F) Protection. Bus Coupler:- 1No. of 1600A, 4P, 50KA, 433V ACB Microprocessor based fixed type. LT Outgoings:- 1 No. of 1600A, 4P, 433V, 65KA (Ics=Icu=Icw) ACB Micro-processor based EDO type for FEEDER PILLAR-2. Note:- LT incomer & LT out going will be connected through on bus-bar in LT side panel. FEEDER PILLAR-2 Shall consists of:- 5 outgoing of 400Amp. MCCB's and 2 0utgoing of 630 Amp. MCCB with one no. 600 Kvar APFC Panel. ACB 800 Amp. for Emergency supply from DG. Safety Features ;- Supply, erection, fixing of safety items complete with following items:- i) Fire extinguisher, dry chemical powder type (ISI mark) suitable for electric fire 5 Kg. capacity 4 Nos. (ii) G.I.Fire buckets 24 gauge fitted on steel stand as per approved drawing each 10 ltr. Cap. Fitted with clean dry ordinary sand- 8 Nos. (iii) First Aid-Box complete with medicines of approved make-01 No. (iv) Electric shock treatment chart (large size) with alumn. frame and glass on front or laminated as approved - 2 Nos (v) Schematic diagrame of HT & LT installation on white hylem sheet with alumn. frame approx size 1200x600mm - 1 No. (vi) Data of transformer on white hylem sheet with alumn. frame as approved approx size 900x600mm-2Nos.

Supply & Making Maintenance free Earthing arrangement for Earthing in HV Length = 3000 mm. O 002 Shell dia = 50 mm,O Shell thickness = 3.25 mm, Inner Shell dia 25 mm, Inner Shell thickness = 3.25 mm, Terminal size 30 x 10/12 x 12 Galvanisation Outer Shell 80-100 Microns Inner Shell 200-300 Microns. Earthing will be as per attached CEE Specification No. (REV-0)-2008 Amendement No.SL/252/CEE Specification/PART-VII/560 dt.13/7/2009 (Or latest). All material will be supplied by Contractor.( for Transformer Body & VCB earthing)
