Eligibility Criteria: Documents related with Work Experience, 35% of advertised value of the bid for similar nature of works. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed in the last three previous financial years and the current financial year upto the date of opening of the bid, one similar single service contract* for a minimum of 35% of advertised value of the bid.2. Eligibility Criteria: Documents related with Turnover, the bidder should have an aggregate financial turnover not less than 1.5 times the advertised Bid value during the last three previous financial years and inthe current financial year upto the date of opening of the tender.3. Eligibility Criteria: Documents related with Liquidity, the bidder should have access to or has available liquid assets, lines of credit and other financial means to meet cash flow that is valued at 5% of the estimated bid value. The audited balance sheet and/or banking reference certified by chartered accountant with her stamp, signature and membership number shall be submitted by the bidder along with bid. The banking reference should be from a Scheduled Bank in India and it should not be more than 3 months old as on date of submission of bids.4. Annexure – I, attached herewith for given undertaking of bidders, if, bidder has not fulfilled and attached, then their bids will be rejected.5. The Bidders shall be required to submit an undertaking certifying the truthfulness of all the documents submitted/uploaded alongwith the tender. This shall be mandatory for all bidders. In case of failure of the bidder to submit the undertaking, their offer shall be summarilyrejected. A format attached as Annexure-III herewith.6. While quoting the rates, bidder should keep in mind the minimum wages during the course of contract. However, they have to pay minimum wages with EPF, ESIC, GST and other labour liabilities to contract labour as applicable from time to time. The offer not complying with minimum wages (at the time of bid opening date), EPF, ESIC, GST, Conservancy charges & other charges and quoting below than offer shall be rejected.7. The quoted rates of subsidized meals with raw materials will not be accepted below Rs. 62/- per meal and if, quoting below then offer shallbe rejected.8. The rates of petty expenses will not be accepted less than Rs.10000/-per month and if, quoting below then offer shall be rejected.9. MSEs registered, for the item tendered will be exempted from payment of Earnest money.10. Documents required by Companies other than above documents: Memorandum of Association/Article of Association, Certificate of Incorporation, Power of Attorney.
