Supply & erection of power coated perforated GI cable tray 300x50x1.6 mm thick for protection of cables complete with all other accessories required as per site.

This includes supply, erection, testing & commissioning of Emergency feed terminals made from studs of Aluminum bar complete with bolts, lugs etc. The EFT should be housed in MS Box having hinged cover 8 fabricated from MS sheet of Approx. 18 SWG thick duly painted with one prime coat of red oxide and two coats of yellow enameled paint for 110V EFT. In front there should be 110V indication +ve & -ve marked on either side with red paint (Asian/Shalimar).The EFT's shall be fixed on existing rail poles post/ pit walk way columns with clamps. The clamp should be made of MS flat 40mm x 5mm approx. The MS clamp shall be duly painted 2 coats of red oxide and black enameled paint.

Supply and erection of polygonal pole (7 Mtr. Long) factory fabricated, single piece, MS structure 1 continuously tapered, hot dipped galvanized as per IS 2629, with base plate, foundation bolts, in built junction box for elect connection at suitable height including C.C foundation.(1:3:6) complete with all accessories required as per site.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of MS fabricated LT control panel cubical type MS sheet 14 SWG floor mounting indoor type dust and vermin proof, suitable for operation 440 volts, AC 3 phase 50 Hz with 500Amps. cap. Aluminum bus bar which should be mounted on epoxy based plate made syndonic sheet 16 suitable thick with neutral link and the inter connection with solid Aluminum strip, cable gland etc. with end terminating kit having with following switches --1. Incoming side 2X400A, 4 pole MCCB 2. And Outgoing side 1X200A MCCB 4 pole, 2X100A MCCB 4 pole, 2X63A MCCB 4 pole.3. With suitable size of 3 phase voltmeter, 3 phase ammeter, LED indication lamp (R Y B) , selector switches (for Voltmeter and Ammeter) 3 phase LT energy meter CT type in incoming side only .All feeders should have radium feeder name plate and 440v danger plate with All cable connections, Aluminum Lugs of suitable size, locking arrangements complete with all other accessories required as per site.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of sub main 2x6 sq mm. PVC insulated FRLS 12 sheathed copper wire, multi strands, 1100 volts grade, continues PVC insulated sheathed copper earth wire of 1.5 sq mm, through PVC heavy duty conduit pipe/PVC Channel complete with all other accessories required as per site and removal of existing wiring of sub main if required.

Supply & Laying of double walled corrugated HDPE Pipes of size 120mm Outer dia &103mm inner dia confirming to IS 14930 Part 11 and its coupler with IP-67 grade in 6 Mtrs Straight length with anti-rodent and fire retardant properties (1No = 6Mtrs Straight pipe).

Supply of material & Fixing of AC Pre -Cooling board for AC Coaches fabricated from 18SWG with CRCA sheet with copper Bus-Bar 3 phase and neutral, of 100 Amp. capacity with interchangeable hinges , PU gasket confirming to IP55 protection, Powder Coated, with 2mm mounting plate & wall mounting brackets, detachable gland plate for cable incoming & outgoing from bottom, weather proof type canopy arrangement on 7 top fitted with one 100Amp, 3pole MCCB, 01 No. pre-cooling plug & Socket set 63Amp., 50Hz, 415Volt , 5Pin with safety lid cover, One Ray-Roll plug socket 230Volt, 20Amp 2Pin & earth with plug top, MCB DP 20Amp with internal wiring. The internal wiring shall be done by 16mm2 stranded copper for pre cooling plug & 2.5mm2 stranded copper for 20 Amp Ray Roll socket with 3 Nos. LED indication lamps for 3 phase. Each board shall have locking arrangement in the front supplied with two keys. The incoming/outgoing cable and internal wiring shall be provided with crimped terminal lugs, Earthing terminal -01 No.

Supply,Erection, testing & commissioning of energy efficient LED street light luminary 60-70 Watt capacity with luminous efficacy greater than equal to 100 made from pressure die cast aluminum housing, toughened front glass cover, fitted with secondary optics, heat sink and integrated electronic driver for long life 2 with IP 65/66 Protection suitable for working on 240 Volt, 50 Hz AC supply. The price shall also cover for fixing, testing and commissioning of the above fitting on pole/truss/ roof/ wall by fabrication by suitable clamp/ bracket made/pipe from G.I. flat of 40 x 6 mm approx. duly painted with nut, bolts and washers of 12 mm diameter as per site requirement. The connection shall be carried out through ISI marked, PVC insulated, flexible three-core copper wire from the existing ceiling rose /catenaries/ junction box as per site conditions. The connection cord shall be protected by suitable size of heavy duty flexible PVC conduit.

Laying/Cleating of LT cable 03/04 core & refilling of Cable trench after laying of Cable. (Cable will be supplied by Rly. Free of cost at consignee depot).

Excavation of cable duct by horizontal boring method 1.4 to 2.1 Mtr depths from the bottom of 19 sleeper for trench less railway track crossing and laying of 120 mm outer dia DWC pipe and make pipe crossing marker at both ends of railway track crossing. The work shall be done as per extent practice and instruction of site engineer. It includes supply of DWC/DHPE pipes confirming to IS:14930(Part 2, 2001).

On surface PVC casing capping channel 11 heavy duty 2mm thickness double locking / in recessed PVC conduit pipe heavy duty 2 mm thickness ISI mark with Bakelite batten holder /angular holder / ceiling rose , 5A /Modular switch , modular sheet cover on front of in recessed MS box /On surface modular box with brass screws, cup washers etc including earth continuity copper wire of 1.5sqmm PVC insulated copper wire complete. (Note: - The wire from SDB to switch board shall be of 04 sq.mm PVC insulated copper wire. In recessed type wiring system after wall/surface excavation, filling should be with same material in all respect required as per site.).
