Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavater) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5 m in width as we as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of exavated earth, lead upto 50 and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The contractor has to detect different utilities like sewer line, water supply line, electric cable, telephone cable, gas pipe line etc. using utility detecting machine before start of excavation and shall start excavating only after getting permission of Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil.

Earth work in embakment in ordinary soil embankment to be in 20 cm. Layer including ramming dressing the surface to required levels with ½ tonne steel or wooden rammer and rolling every third or top most layer in roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity and including 1.50 m. lift and all lead (Earth shall be brought frome a placewhich including cartage of earth by Mechanical Transportation and all T&P labour etc.required for proper completion of work.Earth shall be arrenged by the contractor at his own cost).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non Modular) bricks of class designation 100 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 C. Sand).

Centring and shuttering i/c strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8

Demolishing Brick work manually/by mechanical means i/c stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 m lead as per direction of E/C in cement mortar.

Delilting and taking out of debris / silt rubish etc from sewer line / sewer manhole / dran / sump, wthich are heavily surcharged, super sucker machine which consist of (one no. class mounted machine having suction capacity of minimum 4000 cum/hours at 80% vacuum, 2 nos chasis, mounted dump tanks having capacity of 10 cum i/c) safe disposal of silt within NOIDA limits. The operation of desilting should be videographes at each location of super sucker for perioed of minimum 10 minutes per day basis and providing three sets of CD's as directed by Engineer - in - Charge. The operation should also be photographed at each location, minimum 10 photographs on per day basis and giving three sets of photographs. Supply of all materials, labour, T&P Temporary power connectin with standby generator set of capacity at least 62.5 KVA, gas detector, forced air seprated wherever required etc and provision of safety equipment as per guide line laid in (IS 11972*1987) Internationl standard, traffic control arrangement & proper lighting at night, barriacading, display of signboard, insurance of worker and cleaning of site. Removal of all hindrance/obstruction, unforeseen items, permission from other deptt.

Hiring of Diesel Engine (Including cst of Diesel, Lubricant & Operator)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)
