Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.The Contractor has to detect diffrent utilites like sewer line, etc.Using utility detecting machine before start of excavation and shall start excavation only after getting permission of Engineer-in- Charge. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported t`o site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum.Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).All works upto plinth level

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Water Bound Macadam (Grading-II) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification Including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding Materials to fill up the Interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.

Prime Coat over WMM/WBM Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 to 1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineerin- charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick , 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying bitumen mastic wearing course (as per specifications) with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of approved size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at approximate spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, including cleaning the surface, removal of debris etc. all complete. (Considering bitumen using 10.2% as per MORTH specification). 40 mm thick

Providing wall putty on new surface with approved quality material of Berger/J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Retro-reflectorised Traffic sign as per IRC-67-2012 Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC 67-2012 made of high intensity grade sheeting type-IV vide clause 801 3, fixed over aluminium sheeting 15 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm X 75 mm X 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm X 46 cm X 60 Cm , 80 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The reto reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, day time colour luminance shrinkage flexibility siner removal adhesion, impact resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from international government laboratory institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition it should also be obtained from indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacturein abroad atternatively a certificate conforming to ASTM specification to 495609 on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in india can be accepted provisionaly in such a situation the employer/cllient so could seek for a performance guranttee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67 2012 Legends letters numerals and borders etc should as per McRth Specification No. 60137. Tubular Makers (Spring Post or Spring Bollard) S/Fof plastic Tubular bollards having 450 mm to 700 mm Height shall be attached to the pavemet to display the minimum 50 mm width of reflective bands to the approaching road users including labour material T&P etc. for proper completion of the work. 700 mm Height.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising, Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, Rates are inclusive of all taxes, royalty etc. all T&P/ machine material and labour required for proper completion of work.

6M Span over head Cantilever Structure with 300 dia M S One vertical post. Supply fixing & eraction of built up Cantilever structure 6 m span comprising of one vertical posts of 6.00 M height made up of 300 mm KB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm MS plate at top & 12 mm M S plate at bottom. The horizontal truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia heavy class M S pipe and 40 mm dia heavy M S pipe as bracing & 10 mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one of the steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. The work includes construction of RCC Foundation of size 0.90X0.90X1.50 m of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including earth work in excavation 100 mm thick lean concrete in 1:3:6 cement coarse sand and 40 mm guage stone ballast and RCC- M25 grade concrete including supplying and fixing of 25 mm dia foundation bolts 600 mm long as per provision of structure design including cost of reinforcement & shuttering. The lateral vertical clearances and complete installation work shall be as per relevant clauses of morth specification section 300 and IRC 67 2012 complete in all respect. Retro-Reflective sheeting type-IV with 4mm thick ACM single Side Providing & Fixing of reflective signs with a corrosion resistant 4mm thick with 0.4 to 0.5 mm both side aluminium skin aluminium composite panel face to be fully covered with High intensity prismatic sheeting type XI as per IRC-67:2012 retro reflective sheeting with back frame MS angle of 35x35x5mm Legenda, letters, numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.3.7. The Sheeting shall have a pressure- Sensitive adhesive of the aggressive lack type requiring no heat. solvent other preparation for adhesion to a smooth clean surface, in a manner recommended by the sheeting manufacture. The ACM (Aluminium Composite Materials) Shall be fixed on the Back frame MS Angle with riveting. Micro Prismatic type IV Retro reflective sheeting confirming to ASTM D4956-09 Shall be pressure fixed. The Retro reflective, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexiblitily, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular glass and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obrained from international/Government Laboratory/institute by the manufacture of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from internation condition, it should also be obtrained from indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad. Alternatively a certificate conforming to ASTM Specification (D4956-09) on artifical accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in india can be accepted provisionally, in such a situation, the Employer/Client. if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee, in such a situation, the Employer/Client. if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67:2012 & Proof of the same Report shall be uploaded which quoting tender. The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, Transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-chage.

Solar Power road marker (Solar studs) The solar studs shall be made of Aluminum alloy and poly carbonate material which shall be absolutely weather resistance and strong enough to support a load of 13,635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Its colour may be white,red,yellow,green or blue or combination as directed by the Engineer. Its water resistance shall meet the requirements of IP 65 in accordance with IS:12063:1987 category 2 for protection against water ingress. The dimensions of solar studs shall not be less than 100mm X 100mmX10mm. It shall have super bright LEDs so as to provide long visibility from a distance of more than 800 m. Its flashing rate shall not be less than 1 Hz. Its should be able to give the prescribed performance in the temperature range-40*C to 55*C. Its life shall be not less than 3 years. The rate shall be include all materials, labour, equipments, fabrication, transportation,erection,installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Bollard (Single side) Supply & fixing of bollard made (Single Side) out of 2mm thick aluminum sheet face to be covered with high intensity prismatic grade type IV sheeting, legends letters, numerals and borders etc. should be as per Morth specification No. 801.3.7, welded poly shaped to make it monolithic pillar size 1200 mm high bollard is having a frame 900X600 mm and 600 mm dia for fixation made out of 35X35X5mm angle iron and from side is fully cover.(size of foundation 0.45X0.45X0.60m)

Providing and fixing Glow studs of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degress to base .The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
