12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand).

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Raj Nagar Plain white marble/ Udaipur green marble/ Zebra black marble:Area of slab over 0.50 sqm.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing 6mm thick multiwall poly carbonate sheet over existing MS structure including labour T&P etc complete.

Providing PVC flooring 2.00 mm thick in approved make shade and colour (Plain in homogenious texture) with rubber adhesive, including removal of old PVC flooring & cleaning of surface, all labour, material, wastage etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for working wooden table top of approved shade, colour and texture, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete.

Supply, fabrication and installation of wall mounted wooden storage rack of size1820x600mm and 400mm deep having one horizontal shelves with 19mm commercial board Century/Orchid or eqvt. make finished with laminate 1mm thick Merino/Greenland/Century or eqvt. make on exposed outer surface except back. The back of the rack will be commercial ply 12mm thick Century/Orchid or eqvt. make. The front of the rack will be side hunged openable shutter having teak wood lipping 19x6mm on edges duly polishedcomplete . The inner surface will be painted with enamel paint of approved colourand shade over one coat of wood primer complete. The job includes all locking arrangement, parliamentary hinges S/S handle, wooden knob. The job will be completed to intier satisfaction of Officer In-Charge (front area of the rack will be measured for payment).

Supply, fabrication and installation of wall mounted wooden show case rack of size 1800x900mm and 300mm deep having one horizontal shelves with 19mm commercial board Century/Orchid or eqvt. make finished with laminate 1mm thick Merino/Greenland /Century or eqvt. make on all surface except back. The back of the rack will be commercial ply 12mm thick Century/Orchid or eqvt. make. The front of the rack will be sliding 5mm thick plain glass shutter. The job includes necessary fitting such as aluminium sliding E-channel, glass knob and screws etc. The job will be completed to entire satisfaction of Officer In-Charge (front area of the rack will be measured for payment).

Providing and fixing aluminium glazed showcase frame made out of 35x25mm aluminium section, 25mm aluminium sliding E-channel, having two no 8mm thick plain glass self and front will be 5mm thick plain sliding glass. The job includes SS F-bracket, sliding Garari, screw T&P etc complete.

Renovation of existing wooden almirah by dismantling of all wooden members and fabricating two almirah from the dismantalled material including supply of all necessary screws, nuts & bolts etc. The job includes painting almirah with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour two or more coat to given even shade.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron).

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 125 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 100x10 mm.

Providing and fixing ISI marked aluminium butt hinges anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete: 100x75x4 mm

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :Water thinnable cement primer

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.
