Earthwork in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be done from regular pits not exceeding 1/2 M. in depth and work embankment to be in 20 cm layer including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5M lifts and lead up to 30M . The earth from cutting to be used in making embament or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30M distance as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (SI No 253a+261-b+231-a)

Concrete with 4cm. gauge stone ballast, coarse sand of 2.20 F.M and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation and under floors, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No. 281/2022)

RCC work with cement, approved Coarse sand and 40mm stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in raft and foundation excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work, including cost of binding wire.
