Providing and laying dense graded bituminious macadam (DGBM) with I00-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading -II premixing with v 30 class bituminious binder (@ 4.5% by weight of tolal mix, transported the hot mix to the site by tipper laid over previously prepared surface with paver finisher mechanical to the required grade, level and alignment of road and rolling with smooth wheeled roller of 8-10 tonnes for initial break down rolling, with vibratory roller of 8 tonnesl for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with smooth wheeled tendem roller of 6-8 tonnes to achieve the desired density as per MORT&H norms and including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per clause 507 of MORT&H Specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying of 80mm thick ISI marked I shaped/other approved shaped mechanically compressed interlocking cement concrete paver blocks with top layer of minimum 5 mm thickness of O.P. cement having plan dimension 200x(160+120mm), smooth high gloss finish, skid resistant manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro-compression mechanism. The compressive strength of concrete paver blocks shall not be less than 40Mpa and weight 4.5 kg per no. confirming to IS:15658-2006 including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc., laying with a blanket layer of 4.00 cm thick local sand including leveling and dressing surface up to required level and slope filling joints with local sand i/c all required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in- charge and as per drawing & technical specification of clause 1504. Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, sperading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (Grade-I) (Ref. to Mort&H Specification No. 401) (A.R)
