Supply and fixing of following plain or pin type copper pin plated lug to cable lead insulating with tape and making connection. Complete in all respect. 10 sq mm

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply and laying 100 mm dia.GI pipe (medium class) with boring across the road crossing. Complate in all respect.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Supply & Erracetion of factory fabricated & wired metal clad dust and vermin proof floor mounting, M.S. Channel Base with bottom and top cable entreis Electrical control panel with TPN MCCB's (Four Pole 36 KA with thermal magnatic release)Switches Complete and instrument chamber etc.complete in all respects. The instrument chamber shall be separate and shall comprise of flush type digital metering system for phase to phase voltage and single phase voltage, current and other parameters(KVA,P.F,KW etc) in each phase with touch type selector switches for different readings, instrument fuses, current transformer etc. The panel board shall have suitable capacity electrolytic alumininum busbars as per IS8623 or above istulated with heat shrink sleeving and mounted on non hygroscopic supports such as CMC/BMC support with deteachable side covers and shall be suitable for extension on the sides. The MCCB's shall be complete with suitable cable end boxes, compression glands and indicating lamp on incoming etc. The Job includes the grounting of the board as per directions of Engineer-in charge. All out goings of 100 Amp and above shall have an Ammeter. The panel board shall be fabricated with CRCA sheet with a minimum thickness of 1.6mm/2mm. Cubicle type switch board shall be of cat A & B Only. Incoming - 100 Amp MCCB -1 No. Outgoning - 63 Amp. MCCB-2 Nos.

Supply & laying of 6 sq mm x 4 core aluminium conductor XLPE armored served aseathed cable 1100 volts grade of following size at suitable depth below ground level over cushion of 75 mm thick sand alround and protected with well burnt bricks on & along the cable & back filling after digging the soil & it back filling/ on wall/ floor the cable run cancealed manner, with cutting and plastering, complete in all respect as per direction of engineering incharge. The armouring of cable shall be properly connected with the earth terminal of the pole panel and as required lugs,, gland etc. Make- Gloster, Kalinga Premium, Rallision, Havells, KEI, R.R.Kable.
