The required prior work experience for the bidder varies depending on the nature of the work. The experience required includes: 1. Experience in similar type of work, such as Bituminous Road work, Building Construction, Sewer and water supply, Survey work, etc.
2. Completion of similar works with a value of at least 40% of the estimated cost.
3. Satisfactory completion of similar works in the last 7 years, with specific requirements including: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost, - One similar completed work each costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder should have average annual turnover worth minimum 40% of the estimated cost during the last five consecutive years. The bidding capacity is calculated based on the maximum turnover in construction works executed in any one year during the last five years. The value of similar works completed is considered in the calculation of bidding capacity, and the bidder is required to have completed similar nature of works during the last seven years prior to the bid submission. The bidder should also have a positive profit after tax in at least three years out of the last five consecutive years. The amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities required is not less than 10% of the value of the contract/contracts applied for, and the bidder should be able to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of contract value of work during implementation of work.

Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50mx2.00m made of 40x40x6mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal members/bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. The work shall be executed as per drawing/direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge.
