Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. 505 (A)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick Including reflectorising glass beads 250 gms per som area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35-2015 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes MoRTH - 803 (8.13)

Reflective Ralsed Pavement Markers (Cat Eye/ Road Stud) Supply and luơng of raised pavement marker with Made of Plastic body of RPIW Road Stud shall be moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (High-Imoact Polystyrene) or Acrylonitrite Butadien Styrene (ABS) or Any other suitable material approved by the Engineer. The Marker shall support a load of 13,635 kg tested in accordance with ASTIA D4280, The Reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses contatning single or dual prismolic cubes capable of providing total Intermal reflection of the light entring the lens lace, Lonses shall be mouled of methyl methecrylale conforming 10 ASTIA 0788 of equivalent The slop or retro-reflacting surface shall preferably be 35+/-5 degree to base and the area of each retro reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.00 sq.cin. the marker height shat not be less than 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm & Width shall not exceed 130 mm. The base of the marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm all road studs shall be legibly marked with the name, trade or other means of identification of the manufacture, epoxy vistallations, excess adhesive around the edge of the marker, excess adhesive on the pavement and adhesive on the exposed surfaces of the markers shal be immediately removed. The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for sallsfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer, In additiona two year warranty for satisfactory infield performance of the finished road marker shall also be given by the contractor who carries out the work of fixing of reflective road markers. In case the markers are displaced, damaged, get worn out or lose their reflectivity compared to stipulated standards, the contractor would be required to replace all such markers within 15 days of the intimation from the Engineer, at his own cost. The rate shall include all malenals, labour. TSP, vansportation, instalation and incidenials all complete as per diruction of the Engineer-in-Charge MoRTH - 804 (8.35)- Suggestive RPM( With Shank)
