Supply & fixing of retlective sign board of size 0.45 X 0.90MM reflective sheeting of HIP grade of avery rennison or equipment make the board shall be fixed on 50mm SS 304 grade pipe and reflective sheet on 4mm thick ACP sheet of standard make as per MORTH specification. The Board shall be fixed using man post 2.10 hight of 50MMX 50MM sqare hollow section SS 304 grade pipe and 35x35x60 cm cement concrete foundation. The stainless steel joint welding of SS pipe work shall be band and grinder properly including outing so an to give uniform shitting at welded joints. ( analysis of rate)

Supply, fixing & erection of built up cantilever structure 6 m space comprising of one vertical posts of 6.00 m height made up of 300mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm thick MS plate stiffners & twonos, 8mm thick MS plates at top welded with sturcture of 50mm NB (M) pipe comprising of horizontal, vertical pipe of 40mm NB(M) & bracingpipe of 40mm NB (M) as per structural design requirements & approved drawing with vertical and lateral clearance given in clause 802.2 & 802.3including one coat of primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint on the whole structure & Installed as per clause 802.7 over a designedsupport system made up of concrete. (900x900x 1800mm size with 25mm dia & 900mm long bolt as per requirement) including excavation, lean concerete 1:4:8 cement coarse sand and approved 20mm grit with R.C.C.1.2:4 with cement, coarse sand and approved 20mm gritcomplete for foxing the complete sturcture (Both Side) in position as per direction of E?l charge with 7years warranty. Rates Include design, fabrication, supply and erection of signage structure royalty etc. all T & P/ Machine material and labour required for proper completion of the work.
