Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead upto 30 M. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches. (where machine can not move )

Providing and Laying Cement Concrete with Approved stone grit (45-22.4), Coarse sand, Cement in the proportion of 1:4:8 including supply of all materials,labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

a) Centering & shuttering for R.C.C./R.B. work including cost of centering & shuttering up to 3.0 m. height. including rent of shuttering material,labour and T&P required for proper completion of work for slab, lintels, sun shades, columns & walls etc.

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5;3 in lintels of door & windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra.

Providing steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including Cutting, Bending, Binding, Placing of reinforcement all cost of material, T&P, and lab our etc.

B) M-150 Brick Work in one Cement & Four Course sand all materials labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12 mm thick plaster with cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modules in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1.0 c.m including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of of the work.

Providing wall putty on New surface with approvel quality material of Berger/J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats

Distempering ( first coat New surface) with oil bond distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required sade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over an i/e a priming coat with cement primer coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Berger, J&N, Shalimar, Asian paint after dropping and other foreign matterals of Paris of approved synthetic materials and sand papered smooth i/e supply of all materials labour T&P etc. required for proper complation of work.

Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on new work with two coat to give an evenshade including supply of all materials, labour,Tools&plantetc.requiredforproper completion of the work.

Painting or varnishing work in new wood work with one coat up to one square metre of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint or varnish including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used ISI marked.

Colour washing Two coat using approved. Colouring material buff, blue, gray or brown shade including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plant etc. required for proper completion of the work.

White washing one coat new surface including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cement Concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cementin the proportionof 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc.requiredfor proper completion of the work.

Providing and Fixing Y Shaped Angle iron.

Indian Sal wood wrought framed and fixed including simple mouldings, straight work as in chaukhats including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply & fixing of 4.5 Cm. thick teak wood part panelled and part glazed door and window shutter including supply & fixing of wooden cleats and stops and including fixing & adjustment of hinges, bolts, locks, handles spring and or other fittings but excluding their supply and including painting with two coats of black Japan on all iron fitting if necessary. Supply and fixing and concealing of 20 mm dia. 2mm thick PVC conduit pipe with ISI mark embossed and with PVC accessories confirming to IS No. 3419 for drawing wires duly sealed at joints with original resin / adhesive to make the complete piping rigid, plastering with cement sand mortar finished to the level with matching colour wash including cost of all material labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per directions and to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Earth work in embankment by power tranported earth with a lead beyond 200m. and upto 1.00 Km. including excavation, loading, unloading, manual compaction, dressing and all lifts complete excluding royalty will be applicable from time to time on Govt. orders.

Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size595X595 mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance ? 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 &7)in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised@80gsm) 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’.
