The required prior work experience for the bidder is at least four years in organised sectors. The tenderer must have experience of successfully executing work, with specific requirements based on the value of the works. For works more than 5.00 Lacs & up to 15.00 Lacs, the tenderer should have at least four years of experience, with two jobs of total value equal to the bid value. For works more than 15.00 Lacs & up to 100.00 Lacs, the tenderer should have at least four years of experience, with two jobs of total value equal to the bid value. For works more than 100.00 Lacs & up to 500.00 Lacs, the tenderer should have at least four years of experience, with two jobs of total value equal to 75% of the bid value. For works more than 500.00 Lacs, the tenderer should have at least four years of experience, with one work of total value equal to 75% of the bid value. The bidder should have completed works satisfactorily, and the details of such works should be provided. The bidder should also provide a list of works satisfactorily completed during the last Five financial years. The available bid capacity is calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last four years, updated to the price level of the last year at the rate of 8 percent a year. The assessed available bid capacity is calculated as (A*N*M-B), where A is the maximum value of civil engineering works executed, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works, M is 2.5, and B is the value of existing commitments and on-going works. A relaxation of 20% shall be given on the total requirement of turnover. The cumulative turnover will be considered for three consecutive years out of the last four assessment years. Additionally, for a Graduate Engineer, the experience requirements are as follows: - For works more than 15.00 Lacs & up to 100.00 Lacs, 1 Graduate Engineer is required. - For works more than 100.00 Lacs & up to 500.00 Lacs, 2 Graduate Engineers are required. - For works of 500.00 Lacs and above, 2 Graduate Engineers are required. For a Diploma Engineer, the experience requirements are as follows: - For works more than 15.00 Lacs & up to 100.00 Lacs, 1 Diploma Engineer is required. - For works more than 100.00 Lacs & up to 500.00 Lacs, 2 Diploma Engineers are required. - For works of 500.00 Lacs and above, 3 Diploma Engineers are required. A relaxation of 2 years in experience will be given to a Graduate Engineer. The bidder should provide at least 5 rows of prior work experience in a table with specific columns. The tenderer should not have any ongoing work that is more than 25% behind the schedule due to the fault of the contractor. The quality of ongoing work should also be up to the mark. Experience certificates should clearly indicate the head bifurcation of work.
