INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING, TESTING ETC

Installation, commissioning & Field performance test of Compressor Package including air compressor system at different sites.

Per DIEM rate towards Extra visits to various Geographical Areas (GAs). Rate to be inclusive of expenses towards boarding, lodging, travel, tools & tackles etc. Note: 1) Bidder to note that "Extra Visit" charges shall be payable only against visits made at sites at various GAs due to reasons directly attributable to the owner such as non-availability of Gas, infrastructure or any other reason which is not-attributable to the bidder. 2) No. of days considered for payment against this item shall be no. of days spent at site(s), as certified by Engineer-in-charge/ site-in-charge. The same shall be payed on actual basis.

Lump sum Annual operation, repair & comprehensive maintenance etc. [Bidder to quote Percentage Rate for the following] (Note: Bidder to enter percentage rate in numbers. For Example, if bidder wants to quote 26% then enter 26.00, if bidder wants to quote 27.85% then enter 27.85 etc. Total Value will be automatcially calculated based on the same)

Lump sum Annual operation, repair & comprehensive maintenance charges per Booster Compressor Package including air compressor for 1st year warrantee period inclusive of all manpower, spare parts, lubricants etc. Note: The quoted percentage(%) rate for this item must be equal to or more than 25% of unit price of Item no. A.1.1 quoted by the bidder. Bidder quotting less than the specified minimum percentage, shall be rejected.

Lump sum annual operation, repair & comprehensive maintenance charges per Booster Compressor Package including air compressor for second year i.e. after first year of warranty period inclusive of all manpower, spare parts, lubricants etc. Note: The quoted percentage(%) rate for this item must be equal to or more than 27.5% of unit price of Item no.A. 1.1 quoted by the bidder. Bidder quotting less than the specified minimum percentage, shall be rejected.

Lump sum annual operation, repair & comprehensive maintenance charges per Booster Compressor Package including air compressor for third year i.e. after second year of AMC inclusive of all manpower, spare parts, lubricants etc. Note: The quoted percentage(%) rate for this item must be equal to or more than 30.25% of unit price of Item no. A.1.1 quoted by the bidder.Bidder quotting less than the specified minimum percentage, shall be rejected.

Lump sum annual operation, repair & comprehensive maintenance charges per Booster Compressor Package including air compressor for fourth year i.e. after third year of AMC inclusive of all manpower, spare parts, lubricants etc. Note: The quoted percentage(%) rate for this item must be equal to or more than 33.3% of unit price of Item no. A.1.1 quoted by the bidder.Bidder quotting less than the specified minimum percentage, shall be rejected.

Note: The rate mentioned for items in Sl. No. 8 to 11 shall be for a 3-shift per day duty. If, in any case, the EIC decides to operate the annual operation in 2 shifts per day as per site conditions, the billed amount shall be charged on a pro-rata basis. Pro- rata basis shall be calculated for each compressor package= (((Quoted price/365**) / 3***) X Actual no. of shifts per month)

Notes: i) Refer MR (Material Requisition), Vol. II for location-wise tentative break-up of Qty. & other details. The location wise quantities may vary considering project requirement. Actual delivery location will be mentioned at the time of the released order/P.O. ii) Considering large size of GA's involving multiple districts/cities in each GA, as per requirement, supplies shall be made to designated sites/ stores which may be located anywhere within the GA. Exact location of stores shall be intimated prior to dispatch of material. iii)Operations & Annual comprehensive Maintenance etc. shall be extendable for another 1 years as per owner’s requirement (at sole discretion of Owner) at the rates as quoted by the bidder for fourth year operations & Annual comprehensive Maintenance inclusive of all manpower, spare parts charges (Item no. A.3.4). iv) Bidders are required to quote charges for item nos. A. 3.1 to A.3.4 of MR will be equal or more based on item-wise percentages specified above. v) ** refers to 365 days in a year & *** refers to 3 no. of shifts. vi) GA wise locations tentative quantity are as Varanasi- 07 Nos, Patna-10 Nos, Ranchi-06 nos, Jamshedpur-04 Nos, Cuttack-02 Nos, and Bhubaneswar-06 nos.
