The reinforcement must be capable to prevent further damage. This damaged portion shall be sanded, filled with Epoxy metal filler and sanded again for a smooth surface duly painted or touched up with same shade of anti bacterial paint. The upper surface of the ceiling needs to be made weather proof with filling of all panel joint with silicone sealant.
