Contractor has to submit the completion report for the same. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to facilitate the maintenance and cleaning work of the sewer line, manholes & Inspection chambers of the entire University campus.

1. The requirment of the above work will be as per the letter recieved from the Hostels, Departments, Residences, Administrative buildings and verbal instructions of the Engineer - in- charge. Contractor has to submit the completion report for the same from the residences and departemts which are near/concerned of drains. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to facilitated the maintenance & cleaning work of the storm water drains of the entire University campus.Cleaning frequency of storm water drain will be four times in a month.
