Fabrication, painting with 2coat sythtic enamel paint over one coat red oxide primer of Artistic Pyramid shaped structures with following specification - 1) 4 nos. of inclined members/supports of MS hollow square pipe (50x50) mm (4.00mm thick) with length 6m. 2) The inclined members attached to a square shaped base of MS hollow square pipe (50x50) mm (4.00mm thick) with side of square 3m. 3) MS hollow square pipe (50x50) mm (4.00mm thick) for bracings at the base of pyramid. 4) 4 nos. MS hollow square pipe (50x50) mm (4.00mm thick) of length 0.9m attached at each corner of the base of pyramid for anchorage. 5) One MS hollow pipe 65mm dia of length 6m provided for support at centre of the pyramid. 6) All 04 faces of pyramid to have horizontal members of MS hollow square pipe (25x25) mm (3.00 mm thick) at vertical distance of 0.20m. The weight of structure not less than 501 kg. The structure applied with one coat of steel primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint. The structure made to facilitate easy assembling and dissembling. The structure should be fabricated as per the diagram attached and as per entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge. All 12 supports of MS pipe 50 mm dia hollow pipe (3.6mm Thickness) with height 0.9m above ground and 0.3m for anchorage, arranged to form circular shape of 6m diameter. 2. The ring for the base of cone made of MS pipe 40mm dia.(4.00mm Thickness) The diameter of the ring to be 6m, to be supported on the 50mm dia pipe supports. 3. The pole at the centre of the cone made of MS pipe 65mm dia (4.00mmThickness)of height 6m with anchorage 0.9m. 4. The top of the central pole to be connected to the ring (base of cone made of MS pipe 40mm dia) with 24 Nos. MS round bar of 12mm dia to form the inclined portion of the cone. The weight of structure not less than 312 kg. The structure applied with one coat of steel primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint. The structure made to facilitate easy assembling and dissembling. The structure should be fabricated as per the diagram attached and as per entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge. Fabrication Fabrication, painting with 2coat sythtic enamel paint over one coat red oxide primer Artistic Cylinder shaped structure with strings of hanging baskets with following specification - 1. 6 nos. of vertical members/supports of MS pipe 50 mm dia.(3.6mm Thickness) with height 6m above ground and 0.9m for anchorage, arranged to form circular shape of 6m diameter. 2. 2 nos. of rings for the base and top of cylinder made of MS pipe 50mm dia. The diameter of the rings to be 6m, to be connected to the top and bottom of the 50mm dia (3.6mm Thickness)pipe vertical supports. 3. The ring at the top of the cylinder to be connected to the ring at the base of the cylinder with 18 Nos. MS round bar of 12mm dia to form the vertical members of the cylinder. 4. 6 nos. football shaped basket of dia 0.6m made of 6mm dia round bars to be attached to each of the 18 nos. 12mm dia round bar vertical members to form strings of hanging baskets. The weight of structure not less than 945 kg. The structure applied with one coat of steel primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint. The structure made to facilitate easy assembling and dissembling. The structure should be fabricated as per the diagram attached and as per entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.
