Fabrication Fabrication, painting with 2coat sythtic enamel paint over one coat red oxide primer Artistic Cylinder shaped structure with strings of hanging baskets with following specification - 1. 6 nos. of vertical members/supports of MS pipe 50 mm dia.(3.6mm Thickness) with height 6m above ground and 0.9m for anchorage, arranged to form circular shape of 6m diameter. 2. 2 nos. of rings for the base and top of cylinder made of MS pipe 50mm dia. The diameter of the rings to be 6m, to be connected to the top and bottom of the 50mm dia (3.6mm Thickness)pipe vertical supports. 3. The ring at the top of the cylinder to be connected to the ring at the base of the cylinder with 18 Nos. MS round bar of 12mm dia to form the vertical members of the cylinder. 4. 6 nos. football shaped basket of dia 0.6m made of 6mm dia round bars to be attached to each of the 18 nos. 12mm dia round bar vertical members to form strings of hanging baskets. The weight of structure not less than 945 kg. The structure applied with one coat of steel primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint. The structure made to facilitate easy assembling and dissembling. The structure should be fabricated as per the diagram attached and as per entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars For Large Cylinder column shaped structure- Length of 16mm dia round bar for 8 verticals = 8 x (3.00m + 0.90m(for anchorage)) = 8 x 3.90m = 31.20m Length of 12mm dia round bar for 20 circular rings = 20 x (3.14 x 1.20m) = 20 x 3.77m = 75.40m
