The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of estimated cost put to tender, completed during the last 7 years. - Alternatively, two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of estimated cost put to tender. - Or, one similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 90% of estimated cost put to tender. The experience should be in construction of building wall works. The bidder should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of construction. Additionally, the bidder should have experience of having successfully completed works during the last 7 years with the following conditions: - Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of estimated cost put to tender. - Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of estimated cost put to tender. - One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than the amount equal to 90% of estimated cost put to tender. The average annual financial turnover on construction works should be at least 30% of the estimated cost during the last 3 consecutive financial years. The bidder can also have one project of costing not less than 80% of estimated amount, or two projects of each costing not less than 50% of estimated amount, or three projects of each costing not less than 40% of estimated amount in the last 07 years and in the current year. The required experience for technical staff varies based on the cost range of the work. The performance of the firm has been found good, and they are considered capable of execution of the project. The financial position of the firm appears to be sound, and they are capable of executing the works in accordance with the specifications and within the specified time schedule. The values and percentages of similar works completed are: - 40% of estimated cost put to tender for three similar completed works - 60% of estimated cost put to tender for two similar completed works - 90% of estimated cost put to tender for one similar completed work - 80% of estimated amount for one project - 50% of estimated amount for two projects - 30% of estimated cost for average annual financial turnover.
