The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed works during the last 7 years. The experience can be demonstrated by completing: * Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender * Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender * One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender The similar work definition includes experience in building multistorey RCC frame structure, with a minimum G+1 building and above, including interior work such as false ceiling, wall paneling, lighting, etc. Additionally, the bidder should have completed works of a similar nature with a value of at least 30% of the estimated cost of the work during the last three consecutive financial years. The bidder should also have a minimum average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost of the work during the last three consecutive financial years. The bidder's experience in similar works should be at least 25% of the bid amount. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least the bid amount. Documentary proof, such as a copy of credentials in the form of work orders, performance certificates, and completion certificates, should be provided to demonstrate the successful completion of similar works. The certificates should indicate the name of the work, name of the client, value of the work, scheduled date of completion, and actual date of completion.
