Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Cement concrete 1:1.50:3 (1 cement : 1.50 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 10, 20 & 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete. Note-Compaction shall be done with needle vibrator and screed vibrator. The panel shall be made with C-Channel of the full height of concrete to be laid and floater mahine will be applied there upon and proper texture will be made with brooming. Initially Mechanically cutting of dummy joints 3mm wide x 1/3rd thickness shall have to cut. Subsequently groove cutting as per dummy / construction/expansion joints will be done 10mm width x 50mm deep as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and Noting extra shall be paid for performing these activity.

Cleaning & filling dummy/longitudinal/transverse Joints in existing PQC with polysulphide joint sealing compound (confirming to grade BS:5212, Part-I, 1990 or IS:11433-1995) of approved make Dr. Fixit/Sika/Fosroc/Clean coat/Choksey/STP or equivalent including painting the sides of slab with approved primer and filling the groove 10mm width x 25mm deep including inserting the backer rod of appropriate dia of approved make to receive the specified sealing compound, providing and applying bond breaking tape and masking tape on top edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give a neat finish to the sealant has been applied and tooled, all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge Note: This work shall be carried out through authorized or experienced applicator of M/s CHOKSY/SIKA/ PIDILITE /STP/Clean Coat etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge : With material conforming to Grade-III (size range 26.5mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-20 (White sand stone aggregate will not be permitted, only black aggregate will be allowed)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (White sand stone aggregate will not be permitted, only black aggregate will be allowed)

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport including loading,unloading and stacking of Earth for a lead upto 1 km

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern. Note:Sample and design has been kept in the office of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing cement concrete by mechanical means after making separation true vertical plumb line both sides of cracks/ joints or perimeter of the cc portion to be demolished by electric operated cutter machine and therafter using heavy duty concrete breaking machine at suitable location to the minimum depth of 150mm in the existing CC panel to demolish the CC up to full depth of the panel. including disposal of material within AAI premises as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix). (Note :- Payment shall only be made for the CC demolished in full or part thereof the panel)
