Providing and laying Semi dense bituminous concrete with 60-90 TPH Batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hours using crushed aggregates of specified grading (9.50-4.75mm @ 57%, 4.75mm and below 41 %, Filler -2%) premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 % of mix and fillar using VG-30 bitumen transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finsher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No- 508 complete. in all respcts.

Providing & laying hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including refletrorising glass beads @ 250 gm/sqm, Area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surfae applied glass beads as per. I.R.C. 35. the finish surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. composition of thermo plastic material shall be as per table 800-3 of clause 803 of MORTH including cost of all material, labour, T&C etc, required for proper completion of work as direction by Engineer-in-charge. including all taxes. (Ch.-28, SI.No.2) SOR- 2022-23

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work DSR-2021 SI.No-13.61.1

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. In Foundation and floors. (Ch-5 SI.No-7 SOR 2022-23)

Supply of sweeper for cleaning . (Full time)

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make @ minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) modified plain/reinforced cement concrete for structural members having minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] with specified average thickness. Note: Rates shall be for finished surface area of concrete and shall include the cost of labour, concrete and appropriate approved Super-Plasticiser for rendering concrete as flowable and SBR polymer but shall exclude cost of reinforcement, bond coat, Shear Keys, centering and shuttering, strutting, propping etc (Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily valuated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument) 26.33.1 50mm thick in Grade M 25 with cement content not less than 330 kg per cum (DAR-2021, Vol-2, SI. No- 26.33.1 )
