Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminious Concrete with 60-90 TPH Batch type Hot Mix Plant producing an average out put of 75 TPH, Using Crushed stone aggregates of specified grading as given below, premixed with Bituminous Binder @ 4.50% of mix and filter, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finsher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tan tom rolar to achieve disired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respect 25 mm thick using VG-30 Bitumen, 9.5-4.75mm 57per cent 4.75mm and below 4.1% filter 2%

Supply & fixing of Speed Bumps made of heavy duty tough ABS size 250 mm length, 350 mm width & 45 mm height the ABS shall be with high resistance wear & tear property with UV stabilized yello and black combination fitted with highly reflective reflectors made of PMMA (Poly Methyl Meta Acrylic) of sizes 70 mm x 23 mm of yellow color for better night time visibility the bumps shall be fixed to ground using dual method using mails (100 mm long) epoxy at base, they are able to taken load upto 40 tones as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Reflective Raised Pavement Markers (Cat Eye/ Road Stud) Supply and flxing of raised pavement marker with Made of Plastic body of RPIMi Road Stud shall be moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrile) or HIPS (High-lmoact Polystyrene) or Acryloniilrile Butadien Styrene (ABS) or Any oiher suitable malerial approved by the Engineer. The Marker shall support a load of 13,635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280.The Reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the lighl entring the lens face. Lenses shall be mouled of methyl melhecrylate conforming io ASTM D78B of equivalent The slop or retro-reflecting surface shall preferably be 35+1-5 degree to base and the area of each relro _reflecling sllrface shall not be less than 13.00 sq.cm the marker height shall not be less lhan 10 mm and shall nol exceed 20 mm & Width shall not exceed 130 mm. The base of the marker shall be flal within 1.3 mm all road studs shall be legibly marked wilh the name , lrade or other means of identification of the manufacture. epoxy lnslallations, excess adhesive around the edge of the malker, excess adheslve on the pavemenl and adhesive on the exposed surfaces of the markers shall be immedialely removed. The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for sal sfactory lleld peformance including stipulated retro-refleclance of the reflecting panel , to the Engineer . ln addition a two year warranty for salisfactory infield perfonnance of the finished road marker shall also be given by lhe conlractor who carries out the work of fixing of reflective road ma*ers. ln case the markers are displaced , damaged . gel worn out or lose their reflectivity compared lo stipulated standards , the contractor would be reqLllred to replace allsuch markers within 15 days ofthe inlimation from the Engineer. at his own cost The rate shall include all materlals, labour, T&P, transportalion, insiallation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
