- Or two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost
- Or one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given a weight-age of 7% per annum (Simple) based on the rupee value to bring them to the current financial year price level.
