Uprootal of stumps , tilling over the entire area to a depth of 0.45 m using heavy machinery i.e. excavators fitted with 0.9 cum meters and above capacity bucket, collectiion and removal of all available uprooted stumps of all sozes, dragging to outside the plantation area and stacking, filling the resultant pits with soil and levelling pf the site in the plantation area ( package xvii|)
