Providing sand blasting and painting;Cleaning the radial crest gates skin plate/ hoists / embedded parts/lifting beams etc of Kinnerasani Project/ to expose fresh metal surface for painting by sand blasting method as per specifications including cost of all materials, labour, machinery, scaffolding, etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in Charge at site.

Providing sand blasting and painting;Supply and fixing of new Bottom - Teflon Rubber seal (Size:30mm bulb x 100mm width x 25 mm thick as relavant IS standards) of approved make, quality and size as per Departmental specfication in place of damaged rubber seals duly removing and refixing the supporting steel members. The rate includes cost and conveyance of rubber seals to site, all labour charges for dismantiling of old seals and fixing of new seals in position for the radial crest gates of KSP dam, all handling charges, cost of T&P, safety appliances, all taxes and other incidental charges etc complete for the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing sand blasting and painting;Removing of existing wire rope and refixing of new wire rope of 38mm Dia (6/36 construction) of TISCO/SAIL/ORION/USHA MARTIN approved make & IS 2266:2002 specification as directed by Engineer in charge, duly fixing into the sockets and alignment of pulleys and testing the gate for smooth operation including, cutting of wire rope to the required length and fixing one end to the wire rope drum on the hoist bridge by properly clamping with suitable clamps and required bolts and nuts of standard make and fixing the other end to the clamps of the gate and pouring with melted zick oxide duly dividing the wire rope leads and inserting in the clamps. The cost includes cost of wire rope, zinc oxide, all labour charges, safety appliances, special T&P and gas required for melting the zinc, cost of transportation and other incidental charges etc complete for finished item of work.
