Leveling of Plots & Fixing of Demarcation Filling with Gravel in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyence of water to the work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., completebut but excluding seignorage charges, for finished item of work. Providing, Laying, Spreading and Compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregateto Wet Mix macedam specification including cost, seignorage charges and conveyance of all materials with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive density etc,. complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specifications 406 (4th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. ( Payment based on levels for finished item of work.)

Construction of Gravel base/ Gravel shoulder including cost, seigniorage charge and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers by approved means, on prepared surface and compacting with vibratoy roller to achieve the desired density ot OMC etc,. complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 401 & 407 (4th revision and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. ( Payment will be made based on levels for finished item of work.)

Whiting to new walls and ceiling in two coats with Birla White or equavalent quality to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all loose powdered materials including cost and conveyance of all materials and water to site, sales & other taxes, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as cleaning the surface, painting, curing etc., complete for finished item of work for internal walls. (APSS No.901 & 908)

Construction of un-reinforced, expansion and construction joint plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M20 (Grade), coarse (50% Manufactured sand +50 % river sand) and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion and construction joints, applying primer, sealant, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MoRT&H including overhead charges & Contractors profit excluding Seignarage charges etc complete.
