Earth Work Excavation for Road way in hard rock(Blasting prohibited) by mechanical means including breaking rock and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead including all operational,labour charges such as shoring,sheeting,planking, strutting etc.,for finished item of work excluding dewatering charges etc., as per technical specification clause 301MORTH (5th Revision) excluding GST

Note:- 1) The rates mentioned in schedule 'A' are including overhead charges & Contractors Profit. The overhead charges includes Labour Amenitites and Labour Importation / Compensation / Site Supervision / Quality Control Charges and Bankers Charges, etc. Hence the contractros quoted percentage is inclusive of all the above including salary of Technical persons and no reimbursement for these will be made. 2)The above rates for finished items of work including cost and convenyance of all requisite materials to site, Seigniorage Charges, Labour Charges for all operations, all other taxes except GST, curing wherever needed, all Incidental, Hire and Operational charges of all T&P, barricading, Diversion of traffic etc.,

Excavation in soil with Dozer including cutting and pushing of the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 M, staking on road side as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of lines, grades and cross sections, including all hire and operational charges of T&P, all labour charges, complete for finished item of work,except GST, as per MORTH Spec No.301 (payment will be based on levels for finished item of work).

Construction of rock fill embankment with broken hard rock fragments of size not exceeding 300mm laid in layers not exceeding 500mm thick including filling of surface voids with stone spalls, blinding top layers with granular material rolled with vibratory roller,all complete MORTH Specification clause 313 (5th Revision) including maintaining the required camber in the formation,labour charges for all operations and hire charges of equipment all water leads,cost of water, etc.,complete but excluding the cost of rock fragments and granular material(payment will be made on level basis).Excluding GST

Part-II - Seigniorage Charges payable as per actuals

Excavation for roadway in ordinary rock with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, transporting to embankment site within all lifts and lead upto 1000 m, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, including all hire and operational charges of T&P, all labour charges, complete for finished item of work,except GST, as per MORTH Spec No.301 (payment will be based on levels for finished item of work).

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG/HBT material confirming to Grading - VI of MoRT&H Table 400-1 including cost, (excluding seigniorage charges) and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 401(5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Payment Based on Levels)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam specification including cost & conveyance of all material, hire and operational charges of T&P, labour charges for all operations, premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver finisher in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including lighting, grading, barricading and maintenance of diversion of trafic, etc., complete for finished item of work, as per table 400.13 of technical specification clause 406 MORTH(5th Revision). excluding GST & Seignoriage Charges

Supplying of hot applied thermoplastic road marking compound, 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass bead as per IRC: 35, the material should be of BERGER Company/ BERGER Equivalent and must comply with the following: a) White index for the product should be in the range of 60-70 when measured against standard reference. The applied panel 7/8 number must be submitted for checking up the white index in the department lab. In case the department approves the white index of any vendor, the department engineer may carryout random checking of the applied products at site against the approved panel. In case of any major deviation, beyond acceptance limit, department reserve the right to cancel or reject the total supplied consignment of the said material and will compell the vendor has to replace the full consignment by the desired material as per approved panel at his own cost and additional demurrages may be claimed due to loss of man days (as per the rules of the department). b) Luminance factor of the material should be in the range of 80-85% at 45 degree centigrade as per AASTHOM 249. c) Crack resistance: The applied panel cured for 7 days under ambient condition and then should be tested as per BS3262, Part-1, 1989 and should pass at the range of '0' degree centigrade to '-10' degree centigrade D) Adhesion : Strong E) Softening point: 102 degree centigrade F) Dried film finish : Smooth and uniform G) Night Vision: High as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and confirming to IS: 164-1961 (1st revision reaffirmed in 1986) and clause conforming to IRC 35-1997, including all charges,complete for finished item of work, excluding GST.

Providing and applying Tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion rapid setting over the prepared surface before laying BC @2kg/10Sqm including cleaning the road surface with mechanical broom and air compressor and applying uniformity with the aid of emulsion pressure sprayer including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion, labour charges, cleaning, all taxes hire charges and operational charges of all T & P necessary to complete the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per MORT&H(5th Revision) specification503. excluding GST

Disposal of unuseful earth/rock with a lead of 5.0 KM including loading, unloading, all labour charges, hire charges of T&P, complete excluding GST..

Part-I

Providing and laying bituminous concrete of 40mm thick with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading-II, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30@ 5.4% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH (5TH REVISION) specification clause No. 507complete in all respects excluding GST,.and seigniorage charges

Excavation for roadway in Hard Rock (requiring Blasting) by drilling, blasting and breaking, trimming of bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, loading including stacking the excavated material for road formation, and desposal of unused rock in low lying areas or as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge with all lifts and leads upto 1 km including all operations, incidental,and labour charges setting out,construction of bracing and shoring, removal oof stumps and other deleterious material, sheeting, planking, strutting, all other taxes except GST etc., complete for finished item of work etc., complete as per MoRTH Specification Clause 301.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1)(Rapid Setting) over the prepared surface before laying DBM at the rate of 2.5kg/10 sqm including cleaning the road surface with mechanical broom and air compressor and applying uniformly with the aid of emulsion pressure sprayer including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion, labour charges, cleaning, hire charges and operational charges of all T&P necessary to complete the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per MORTH (5th Revision) specification 503. excluding GST

Providing gravel berms to the required thickness including spreading in layers of 150 mm thick with side slope of 2:1(2H:1V),sectioning each layer to proper camber, watering, consolidation of each layer with vibratory roller of 8 to10 tonnes capacity to achieve desired density at OMC including cost conveyance of gravel, water etc., to site, labour charges for all operations, hire and operational charges of vibratory roller and other T&P diversion of traffic, etc., complete for finished item of work,as per MORTH (5th Revision) Spc.No.401, excluding GST & Seignoriage Charges
