Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) proportion nominal mix cement: 50%fine aggregate & 50% of Quarry sand below 2.36 mm : Coarse aggregate) for foundation levelling courses and below flooring beds using 40mm size (SS5) hard Granite metal upto Plinth level from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, 50%fine aggregate & 50% of Quarry sand below 2.36 mm, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, excluding seigniorage charges and including machine mixing all charges for mixing, laying concrete in foundations ramming in 15 cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing, excluding GST etc., complete for finished item of work.

Supply and placing of the Design Mix Concrete of M 30 Grade corresponding to IS 456 using minimum 400 Kg per cum, using WEIGH BATCHER / concrete MIXER with attachment of weigh batcher, including with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement,50% of fine aggregate ( natural sand) & 50% of quarry sand below 2.36 mm , coarse aggregate, water etc., ., to site and excluding Seigniorage charges, including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department including pumping, centering, shuttering, laying concrete, vibrating, curing, excluding GST etc. complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work.

Footings & Foundation

Supplying, fitting and placing,Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) steel bars (Fe 415/ Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying excluding GST etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.

Providing Mild Steel, Structural Steel, I.e., Angles, Channels and I sections.of different diameters, cutting and fabricating to required sizes and shapes,placing in position as per approved designs and drawings to be supplied at the time of execution of work, including cost and conveyance of all Mild steel sections and all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, welede joints, etc., and all operational, incidental, Labour charges for fabricating steel works like Window Grills, Compound Wall Grills, Iron Doors, Windows including cost of welding rods, power charges, including cost of Labour charges for fabricating all heavy steel works like Trusses, Stanchions, Heavy Beams and Girders including cost of welding rods, power charges, including cost of fixing in position, excluding GST etc. complete for finished item of work.

Supply and fixing of M20 grade pre cast cement concrete kerb stone of size 600x115x400 mm including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand etc, to site, excluding Seigniorage charges, loading, unloading, kerb stone transportation charges, labour charges for fixing kerb stone true to alignment mixing charges, jointing to full depth and width with CM (1:4) proportion curing, all incidental and oprational charges,curing etc.,including excluding GST etc. complete for finished item of work.

Earth work Excavation for roadway in soil upto SDR by MECHANICAL Means including cutting in roadway and pushing of the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 M, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of lines, grades and cross sections, including all hire and operational charges of T&P, all labour charges, excluding GST etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per technical specification clause 302.3 MORD/301 MORTH. (Payment will be based on levels for finished item of work).Depth upt to 3.00mts For Road work

Construction of Granular sub base of 200mm thick by providing HBG/HBT material confirming to Grading-I of MORT&H Table- 401,35% of 53mm to 9.50mm HBG metal, 47.5% of 9.50mm to 4.75mm HBG metal and 17.5% of 2.36mm and below HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site, excluding seigniorage charges, labour charges, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator/approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, labour charge, all taxes excluding GST etc. complete for finished item of work as per MORT&H (5th Revision) Technical specification clause no:401 as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing,laying,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick specification including cost and conveyance of all material, excluding seigniorage charges, excluding GST, hire and operational charges of T&P, excluding labour charges for all operations, premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver finisher in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including lighting, grading, barricading and maintenance of diversion of trafic, etc., complete for finished item of work as per tables 400.11 & 400.12 technical specification clause 406 MORT&H (5th Revision)

Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion(Bulk-Slow Setting-1) over the prepared surface of granular base as Wet Mix Macadam surface at the rate of 6kg /10sqm including cleaning the road surface with mechanical broom and air compressor and spraying uniformly with the aid of bitumen pressure sprayer including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion and water,labour charges,cleaning excluding GST, hire charges and operational charges of all T&P necessary to complete the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per MORT&H(5th Revision) specification 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion(Rapid setting) over the prepared surface before laying DBM at the rate of 2.0kg/10sqm including cleaning the road surface with mechanical broom and air compressor and applying uniformity with the aid of emulsion pressure sprayer including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion, labour charges, cleaning, all taxes excluding GST, hire charges and operational charges of all T&P necessary to complete the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per MORT&H(5th Revision) specification 503.

Providing and laying of 50 mm thick Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant using HBG crushed aggregates of Grading - II as per table 500-10 of MoRT & H Specification 505 (5th revision) premixed with bitumen VG-10 grade @ 4.25% of wieght of total mixture, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with Hydrostatic sensor paver to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per Clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge excluding GST etc and including hire and operational charges all T&P and all other contingent charges necessary including charges of all materials etc., complete and as per MoRTH speicification NO. 505 (5th Revision).

Providing ,laying & consolidation 30mm thick bituminous concrete on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregate grade II and 60/70 grade bitumen binder @ 5.0% of weight of mix conforming to MORTH Specification 509 for wearing course including loading aggregates with F.E. loader, heating & mixing the aggregate and binder in 100 -120 TPH Capacity batch type hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material with tipper and laying with 100TPH capacity Mechanical Paver finisherto the required level, rolling with vibratory roller of 8 - 10T static weight, power roller of 8 to 10 Tones capacity and tandem roller to achieve the desired density including hire and operational charges of all T & P, cost and conveyance of all materials,excluding seigniorage charges, taxes, excluding GST etc., and labour charges for all operations, diversion of traffic, etc., complete for finished item of work.

Supply and Fixing of 110 mm dia single Socket PVC/SWR pipe - 6Kg/sq.cm -Prince/ Sudhakar/ Kisan/ Supreme or any ISI Brand,including labour charges for laying,fixing and commissioning the PVC pipes including cuplures,bends,T's etc. with solvent jointing as per standard practice work but excluding cost of specials.. etc.and excluding GST etc., complete for finished item of work

Conveyance of excavted soils with a lead 15 km and disposing as dirreted by the Engineer- In - Charge excluding GST etc., and including loading,unloading all incidental and operational charges etc. complete.

Ornamental plastering to ceiling 12 mm thick in two coats with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:5) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:3) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials excluding GST etc., and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting Grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge etc., complete for RCC exposed faces for finished item of work. Supplying and fixing of Pre-painted Galvalume Trapezoidal Profile Roofing sheets with 0.50mm thickness, Coating: Alu-Zinc coating AZ150 GSM. Tensile Strength: 550 MPA. Paint coating: Regular Modified Polyester painting. Painting Thickness (Top): 18 to 20 Microns, (Bottom): 5 to 7 Microns. Sheet Width: 1.020, Length: Maximum 12 Meters with Regular Range Colours fixed with G.I ‘J’ bolts & nuts 8 mm dia with bitumen & G.I limpet washers filled with white lead & including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on over lapping of sheets complete (up to a pitch of 600) etc., complete, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses excluding GST etc., and including cost and conveyance of all materials , labour charges , overheads and contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors

Note :

1) The rates mentioned in schedule 'A' are including overhead charges & Contractors Profit. The overhead charges includes Labour Amenitites and Labour Importation / Compensation / Site Supervision / Quality Control Charges and Bankers Charges, etc. Hence the contractros quoted percentage is inclusive of all the above including Technical persons labour welfare cess, District mineral fund and work insurance and no reimbursement for these will be made. 2)The above rates for finished items of work including cost and convenyance of all requisite materials to site, Labour Charges for all operationas, curing wherever needed, all Incidental, Hire and Operational charges of all T&P barricading, Diversion of traffic etc., including all taxes except GST & Seigniorage Charges .
