Building work;Masonry work in CM (1:6) prop with Fly ash cement/ lime solid blocks withcompressive strength of 50 kg/sq.cm - IS:12894-1990 - CLASS - 5 290 x 150 x 140 mm TBSC-A.II-10 including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, seiniorage charges, scaffolding and curing etc., cpomplete with a compresive streangth not lessthan 50 kg/sqm for walls for Superstructure Walls.

Building work;Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm metal with Concrete mixture. using 40mm size HBG (SS5) metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand(50% of Natural sand +50% of Manufactured sand(Rock Sand), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, including Countryes & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental, and labor charges such as mixing, laying and ramming concrete in layers in position not exceeding 15cm, finishing top surface, curing concrete, etc., complete for finished item of work for Foundations and Flooring Bed (APSS No. 402)

Building work;Supply and filling with Gravel in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including all operational, incidental, labor charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete,excluding seignarage charges as per the message no 03/RD/TA/2020dt 13.02.20 of Technical adviser RD TS all operational, incidental, and labor charges , for finished item of work. Building work;Painting to new iron work with 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint (at 20sqm/litre as per British paints (I) Ltd. Over single coat of Red Oxide primer after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete

Building work;Roof Iteams.Supply, fabrication & erection of Mild Steel & Structural steel for Base Plates, Columns, Rafters, Beams and Purlins (Z type & C type) of required sizes and shapes, placing in position as per as per approved designs and drawings to be supplied at the time of execution of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including cost and conveyance of all Mild steel & Structural sections and all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, welded joints, etc., Labour charges for fabricating all heavy steel works, cost of welding rods, power charges, Labour charges for fixing & erecting in position and fixing by using chain pulley blocks, Derek pole arrangements and cranes etc., complete for finished item of work

Building work;Civil Iteams.Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH

Building work;RCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, Sand (50% of Natural sand +50% of Manufactured sand(Rock Sand), water etc., to site and including sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work For PlinthBeams

Building work;Roofing: - Roofing with 0.5mm thick galvanized / pre painted G.I. profiled sheets fixed to the purlins with 14 size self-drilling screws with neoprene washer. Side laps are stitched with selftapping / drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape. The sheets are provided with anti-capillary grove. the cost including cost and conveyance of all material and Labour charges for fixing & erecting in position for finished item of work
