( Asian / Berger / Nerolac ) to Exterior Faces of New Walls in 2 coats with approved make / shade and colour over primer coat of Water based cement primer of Exterior Gr-II (Asian / Berger / Nerolac ) MAKING 3 COATS including cost and conveyance of materials like Acrylic Exterior paint, white cement primer to site including cost of brushes, scaffolding charges, lift charges and labour charges such as preparing the wall, applying primer coat , two coats of Acrylic Exterior emulsion including etc., complete for finished item of work

Repairs to Ground, First and Second floors;Supply and fixing M.S. Ladder of 600 mm clear wide with a frame of 50x50x2.5mm square pipe 2 no's welded with a space of 75mm space 50x50x2.5mm square pipe @ 900 mm spacing for each side of railing as shown in approved drawing Two sets of rails are joined with M.S 150 mm wide 600 long, 10 mm thick plate as treads at an interval of 230mm height for light. The M.S. Plates of 600x150x10mm are supported with 65x65x10mm angles to each side of railing welded as shown in drawing, including all incidental and operational charges, welding charges, cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges, fabrication charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Repairs to Ground, First and Second floors;Supplying, fitting and placing thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) HYSD Fe- 500 / 500D / 550 D Steel as per IS 1786-1979 manufactured by Primary producers like TATA, SAIL, VSP, JSW, Jindal and Shyam Steel as approved by Ministry of steel guidelines) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars to site, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying on all materials etc. ,and cost of etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors

Repairs to Ground, First and Second floors;Application of FOSRAC Nitozinc primer on the exposed reinforcement in the slab (or) Chajja bottom at a consumption of 200ml per sqm. Touch dry conditions shall be within 30 min after which concrete repair materials shall be used to park exposed area etc., complete for finished item of work.

Repairs to Ground, First and Second floors;Ornamental Plastering to Ceiling with 12mm thick in two coats with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:5) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:3) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge including etc., complete for finished item of work for FF.
