Providing and construction of RCC M-30 Grade Inspection chamber rectangular in shape as per drawing of 450X600mm internal size, 600 mm Deep, RCC precast cover as per IS 12592: Latest edition LD with M/S flat 3 mm thick edging with two coat of anticorrosive paint as shown in drawing ans size, 300mmx450mm, fixed on RCC slab of M-30 and making good the same, Supply, fixing MS Steps, foundation RCC M-30 Grade incuding supply of all materials, reinforcement steel Thermo-Mechanically Treated fe 500D not less than 80kg/cum including straightening, cleaning,cutting, bending, keeping in proper position, centering, shutteringetc. and placing of concrete, including joining of incoming and outgoing pipe at a specificed level as per layout and detail drawing, benching with M-20 Concrete and redendering with smooth with a coat of cement slurry, incuding providing the PVC lugs of specific size and intervals, including grouting for filling the free space between pipe body wall with 1:2 cement mortar etc. complete as per specification, drawing and direction of EIC including connection CI drain pipe along with provision of CI pipe if any also shifting of Searage water to construct the chamber all including . Note:- 1) Minimum depth of 600 mm is measured from invert of pipe to top of cover slab. 2) All metalic embedded and exposed parts minimum shall be painted with 2 coat of anticorrosive Bitumen paint.3) Excavation for manhole will be paid under relevant item.

Providing and Aconstruction of RCC M-30 grade Circular Manholes as per drawing of 600X900 mm dia (Top bottom) size upto 1.50 meter deep with MS frame with PVC lugs and RCC precast Cover of Size 600mmX600mm as per IS code 12592: Latest edition fixed on RXX slab including placing of RCC M-30, supplying and placing in position reinformcement bars, centering and shuttering, providing pocket opening, recesses chanfering, etc., wherever required, vibrating, ramping, curing and rendering if required to give a smooth and even surface etc. including supply of all materials, reinforcement steel not less than 80 kg /cum inculding straightening, cleaning , cutting, bending, keeping in proper position, centering, shutteringetc complete including joining of incoming and outgoing pipes at a specified levels as per layout and detailed drawings with RCC manhole walls in cement mortar 1:2 including providing and laying concrete under the manhole bottom slab benching with M-20, all complete as per drawing, specifications and directions of EIC. Note:- 1) Minimum depth of 1.5m is measured from invert of pipe to top of cover slab. 2) All metalic embedded and exposed parts minimum shall be painted with 2 coat of anticorrosive Bitumen paint.3) Excavation for manhole will be paid under relevant item.

Extra Over above item for depth beyond 1.5 metre depth of manholes for providing concrete in M30 Grade, shuttering, reinforcment etc., complete including providing PVC lugs each @ 300 mm and 450mm c/c staggered vertically and horizontally etc., as per specification for extra 1 m height and part thereof.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) of class designation 7.5 in foundation ,above and below plinth, sewage chambers etc. Cement Mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement:4 Coarse natural Sand) simulataneous pointing with same mortar below ground level and raking out joints above ground level , curing etc. complete as specified and directed.

Cement plastring with 15 mm thick cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 Coarse natural sand) finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement complete including prpearation of surface, steel scaffolding, curing etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in above of drain or in the wall or in Window etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all along with 2 coat of approved paint complete.
