Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses, main posts Class-B and truses Class-B type sections etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Painting on Iron plates sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel prime Top and Bottom welding 8mm thick plates

Earth work All kinds of soil in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas including WBM ,soiling etc.and disposal of material inside NGRI campus along the compound wall and disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed , as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

To pipes sizes 75 mm to 32mmPainting (two or more coats) on GI and MS Tubuler pipes and fittings with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture and required colour over a priming coat of approved steel primer on new work. (Square or Circular)

Providing and fixing of 10mm thick Multicell UV protected Polycarbonate Panel System with 2 cells and 4 walls structure over structural steel / MS purlin as per approved colour/shade. Co extruded UV protected panels shall have width of 900mm to ensure best performance for wind uplift, vibration, oil canning and visual appearance. Panels shall be manufactured with vertical standing seam at both sides of the panel. Welding or gluing up of standing seam is not acceptable. Panels shall be fixed on purlins with Stainless steel retention clips and connectors. Snap-on connectors to interlock the panels shall have a grip-lock single tooth locking mechanism to ensure maximum uplift capability. Panels shall have End-cap/ Aluminum U-profile/ Glazing bar for ends as per requirement. The weight of the system shall not be less than 3.38kg per square meter. Panel shall be co-extruded with special anti-glare compound to make it antiglare/soft light to prevent glare and sun streaks.Panels shall be fixed over structural steel/ MS new added purlins( 50 mm x 50mm x 2mm square box section) equally spaced conforming to the detail technical specifications and as per approved architectural drawings. Approved make: Tuflite/Bayer/Coscon or equivalent to complete the work as per instructions of Engineer -In-Charge
