Dismantling old plaster or stone wall cladding or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all lead as per direction of Engineerin-charge.

Cleaning of exposed concrete surface chipping/removing of bitumen by using Hammer gun to expose the surface of RCC roof slab as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge dumping in a place in proper manner as instruction given by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatement including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc. consisting of following operations. a) Applying and a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm. of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining wall up to 300 height cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks /brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similary the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurryusing 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645and approved by the Engineer-in-charge. d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4( 1 cement: 4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 andapproved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of apporved quality in top layeer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making of 300x300 mm square 3mm deep. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge. For this item the contractor has to submitte 10 years Guarantee. With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

Providing and fixing on wall/column face unplasticised PVC(working pressure 4 Kg.per sqcm) rain water pipes conforming to IS:4985 including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS:5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion. (i) Single socketed pipes 110 mm dia

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels)polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Providing and fixing of water tank fitting like MT/FT, nipple, floating ball valve, over flow, etc to complete the work in all respects.

Providing and fixing WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) solid door shutters of 37/38 mm thick or more of approved brand with solid WPC Door frame of size 100 x 65 mm to complete the work. (Door frame will be paid in separate item.) 37/38 mm thick solid door shutter including ISI marked Stainless steel butt hinges 3 Nos with necessary S.S. screws.

Providing and fixing of 100x65 mm WPC solid Door Frame for WPC door shutters including hold fast (each frame must be 6 nos hold fast) and making the hole in the wall to fix the hold fast with 1:2:4 cement concrete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : (Asian Paints Apex Exterior Emulsion or equvalent) including to fill the cracks as per the site requirement and instructions of Engineer -In-Charge. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.43 ltr/10sqm over and including base coat of exterior paint )

Painting with superior quality synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including removing of dust, rust etc by sand papering and clean the surface before painting work.(Make of Asian or equivalent) Two or more coats on old work

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with ready mix concrete. Cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) including water proofing chemical, fiber reinforcement and making 600x600 mm square 3 mm deep marks.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards with support length upto 3750 mm

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, casement windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular/appropriate Z sections/ Aluminium grill of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necesssary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling, C.P. brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately.) For fixed portion Powder coated aluminimum (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, casement windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular/appropriate Z sections/ Aluminium grill of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necesssary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling, C.P. brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately.) For shutters of doors, windows and ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC/neoprene gasket required, roling wheel, hings, push handle, sliding arregment for door, door sil, door handle etc. Powder coated aluminimum (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness

Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauze to wooden/Aluminum windows, clerestory windows & doors with Aluminum beading, if required provide new beading to match with old beading. The work is including removal of old wire mesh. Stainless steel (grade 304) wire gauze of 0.5 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
