Construction of Vamsha Raju Community Hall;Providing high yield strength deformed (HYSD) steel bars (Fe 415 grade as per IS 1786-1985) of 8mm to 40mm diameters, cutting, bending, to required sizes and shapes placing in position with cover blocks of approved size and binding wire of 20SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings including cost and conveyance of bars from approved sources to site of work, including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc., and sales & other taxes,on cost of all materials complete for finished item of work (APSS No.126) in all floors.

Construction of Vamsha Raju Community Hall;BLD-CSTN-3-14-(31) - A : Supply and placing of the M-20 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate coarse aggregate, water etc., to site . sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating, curing, centering and suttering charges etc.,complete but excluding seignorage charges, cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) with minimum cement content as per IS code for PLINTH, PEDESTALS and FOOTINGS. Note : 1) The cement content is adopted as 300Kg/cum for estimating purpose only.The exact quantities will be as per mix design. 2) As per mix design, if the cement content is found to be less than 300 Kgs/ Cum the defference in cost shall be deducted PLINTH BEAMS
