Pipeline;125X110mm HDPE Reducer

Pipeline;Supply and Fixing of Composite Strap Saddle shall be of wrap around design, PN-16 rating. Body shall be manufactured using virgin compounded PE80/PE100 polymer with Stainless steel 304 grade stirrup plate mounted with PE straps(Engineering plastic) with Nut bolt joint. Sealing between the saddle and mains shall be obtained by using an elastomer seal(Underneath projection for self interlocking).The cost shall include testing of all materials, labour, inspection charges, transportation up to site, transit insurance, loading, unloading, stacking, providing and fixing etc. Complete as specified and directed by the Departmental Engineers, but excluding all taxes.

Pipeline;In ordinary soils, by Manual means. Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for Pipe line trenches as per drawings and technical specifications including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material, dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specification 304 MORTH and as directed by the departmental officer including protecting the existing utility services wherever it is possible during the execution and taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas for laying sewer/water lines including divertion of traffic and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and disposal of remaining earth upto a lead of 50 m, including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete for Pipe Line trenches by manual means.where depth is < 1.5 times width

Pipeline;Supply and Fixing of Compression Fittings shall comply with ISO 17885 ? 2015, PN-16 rating and manufactured from virgin resin of PE-80 having blue colour. Raw material must be WRAS Approved as per BS 6920 for effect on water quality intended for human consumption. Compression fittings should have moulded-in SS 304 threaded insert outlet with thread dimension conforming to IS 554/ISO 7. The cost shall include testing of all materials, labour, inspection charges, transportation up to site, transit insurance, loading, unloading, stacking, providing and fixing etc. Complete as specified and directed by the Departmental Engineers, but excluding all taxes.

Pipeline;Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of Cast Carbon Steel rising / Non rising spindle sluice valve design standard as per IS:14846/2000 for Water Supply Scheme with with SS Spindle & SS Working parts the grade of Cast Steel for body Bonnet, Dome, Stool Cover, Wedge, Stuffing Box, Gland Thrust Plate, shall be as per IS : 1030 /1998. (The valve shall be used for High pressure schemes & pumping stations) excluding transportation etc., complete. ISI Marked

Pipeline;PHE-JCIF-5-: Jointing CI pipes, fittings and valves with flanged ends including cost of jointing materials such as bolts, rubber insertion, white lead including filling with water, with lead up to 500 meters and testing to required pressure complete. (Reference to specifications. BIS No.3114/1994.)
