Construction of Community hall;For Plinth Beams

Construction of Community hall;Filling gravel in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS NO. 309 & 310)

Construction of Community hall;BLD-Amendment Sl No. 5: Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) (Fe 500/550/550D) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including all charges on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)

Construction of Community hall;BLD-CSTN-3-2 (19) -Using Concrete mixture all works up to Plinth Level: Plain Cement concrete nominal mix M7.5 grade using 40mm size Hard Granite Machine Crushed Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate water etc., to site, labour charges , for mixing , laying, concrete , ramming in 15 cm layers, finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work.for foundation and under flooring bed.

Construction of Community hall;BLD-CSTN-2-1 (9): Earth work excavation in Ordinary Soil by Manual Means-Upto 3 m depth for foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all operational, incidental, labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting, including backfilling etc. complete for finished item of work excluding dewatering charges etc as per SS - 20 B (APSS 308).

Construction of Community hall;BLD-CSTN-6-6-(61) : Construction of Coursed Rubble Stone Masonary 2nd Sort in Cement Mortor ( 1:6 ) Prop using hard granite stone including cost & Conveyance of all materials like Cement, Sand , Water, Granite Stones, including ,labour charges for cutting Stones to required size and shape, mixing of Cement Mortor, Construction, Scaffolding Charges curing etc., complete for finished item of Work .

Construction of Community hall;BLD-CSTN-3-14-(31) -B : Supply and Placing of M25 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402)with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department including pumping, centering, shuttering, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc. complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work for COLUMNS, LINTELS, WATER TANKS, RCC WALLS IN BUILDINGS. Note : 1) The cement content is adopted as 380Kg/cum for estimating purpose only.The exact quantities will be as per mix design. 2) As per mix design, if the cement content is found to be less than 380 Kgs/ Cum the difference in cost shall be deducted. for Columns
