Laying of CC road;Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN / Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH.

Laying of CC road;Plain Cement Concrete nominal mix (1:2:4) proportion (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using 20mm size Hard Broken Granite (IS383, 1970) Machine Crushed graded metal from from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing, laying, curing concrete, etc., complete for finished item of work ( Vent Portion )

Laying of CC road;Plain Cement Concret nominal mix (1:2:4) proportion (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using 20 & 10mm size Hard Broken Granite (IS383, 1970) Machine Crushed graded metal from from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing, laying, curing concrete, etc., complete for finished item of work (Drain Walls )

Laying of CC road;BLD-CSTN-2-8 (16) : Filling with Stone dust in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. Laying of CC road;Carting of the Exavated earth upto a lead upto 4-5 km beyond the initial lead of 1 Km from site including loadingand unloading as per the engineer in charge.

Laying of CC road;Earth work excavation in Ordinary Soil by Manual Means-Upto 3 m depth for foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all operational, incidental, labour charges such as shoring ,sheeting, planking, strutting, etc. complete for finished item of work Manual

Laying of CC road;Supplying and placing seperation membranes of impermeable plastic sheeting 125 microns thick under payments slab including cost and conveyance etc complete.

Laying of CC road;Vaccum dewatering of freshly laid cement concrete floor using 100% air tight suction mat of suitable size and length,vaccum pump to maintain vaccum pressure 0.7-0.8 atmosphere as per the standard procedure,floating with power floater,vibrating using Screed vibrator, mechanical trowelling, finishing with sound edges and corners,including hire and operational charges of machinery ,labour,fuel etc,complete for finished item as directed by the -in-Charge.

Laying of CC road;Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 53 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.
