vdcc;Vaccum drying of freshly laid cement concret floor using 100% air tight suction mat of suitable size and length, vaccum pump to maintain vaccum pressure 0.7 to 0.8 atmosheres as per standards procedure floating with power floater mechnaical travelling finishing with sound edges and caners including hire and optional charges of machinery etc., complete.

vdcc;Supply and placing of the M-30 Design Mix Concrete by ready mix, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, for sub base over a prepared subgrade, cement content not to be less than 350kg/cum with crushed stone coarse aggregate of 25mm and 12.5mm nominal sizes graded as per table 600-1, with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1 aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1 concrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days, including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement,sand, coarse aggregate, water etc., to site by transit mixer, pumping and laying concrete and vibrating(VDF flooring) curing and finishing etc., complete including seigniorage charges and cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, as per technical specification 601 MORTH etc., complete for finished item of work for CC Roads.

vdcc;Supply and placing of the M-10 Design Mix concrete by ready mix, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per appproved mix design, for sub base over a prepared sub grade, cement content not to be less than 220kg/ cum with crushed stone coarse aggregate of 25mm and 12.5mm nominal sizes graded as per table 600-1, with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to is:383, the coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, aggregate cement ratio not exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1 concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement,sand, coarse aggregate, water etc., to site all labour charges for mixing, transported to site by transit mixer, pumping and laying concrete and vibrating, curing and finishing etc. complete including seigniorage charges and cost of steel and its fabrication chargse for finished item of work, as per technical sanction 601 MORTH etc., complete for finished item of work-for CC roads.

vdcc;Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (pug mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100KN / vibratory roller 80-100KN weiht to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maitenance of diversion, etc, as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical specification clause 406MORD / MORTH. with out paver finisher.

vdcc;Raising manhole 0.10 mt depth Constructon over 0.90 circular sewer man hole of 0.90 mts depth with Cement concrete M20 grade nominal mix including fixing FC/ CI cover and frame but excluding the cost of cover and frame . including the cost and conveyance of all materials at site complete and curing for 21 days complete all taxes as per specification etc complete.

vdcc;Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank for all lifts with an initial lead of 10m including all operational incidental, labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting etc complete for finished item. Excluding dewatering charges etc. as per SS-20B (APSS 308)

vdcc;Cutting B.T road surface including stacking of excavated materials including hire charges of all tools and plants and all labour charges for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.
