Water supply;Earthwork excavation lowering, laying and jointing of pipe lines true to alignment and gradient, trench excavtion for pipe lines in all soils except Rock requiring blasting and refilling trenches with excavated earth(other than rocky soil and boulders) with watering, tamping and removeing surplus earth from site of work and filling pipe line with water and testing etc., complete. The rates are inclusive of cost,conveyance of all materials and labour charges except cost of Pipes for finished item of pipe line work and Excluding all Taxes. - 110 mm PVC 6 kg f/cm2

Water supply;Construction of Over Head Service Reservoir using vibrated reinforced cement concrete M30 grade with raft foundation as per Departmental Designs and Drawings in force with necessary earth connections complete, including earth work excavation in all soils except rock requiring blasting in wet or dry conditions for foundations, cost and conveyance of all materials. All Valves near inlet and outlet for scour shall be D.I. Valve and plastering with Cement Motor (1:3) 8mm thick inside and 12mm thick out side the tank and inclusive of three coats of epoxy paint to inner surface of the reservoir, roof and 2 coats of weather proof emulsion painting for external surfaces, over one coat of primer of approved make lettering, all required fixtures for pipes, bends, valves etc., for pipe connections but excluding cost of inlet, out let, Scour & Over flow connections and valves as per departmental designs and drawings and including cost of fixing of D.I. Specials, and exclusive of bolts & nuts but including labour charges for hoisting, jointing with rubber insertion, nuts and bolts. All valves near inlet, outlet and for scour of OHSRs shall be D.I valves, Fixtures include as per drawings ::-, a) RCC or Aluminium ladder inside 0.60 M. wide., b) Spiral stair case on the out side shall be provided with RCC railing as per drawings, c) Lightening arrester of approved pattern including conductor and earthing set etc., with IS Codes, d) RCC phenial ventilators with copper or stain less steel fly proof mesh, e) D.I. Manholes frame and cover 0.60x0.60m as per I.S. Specification (Light duty)-2Nos., f) Water level indicator of good quality with ebonite / copper float approved pattern-1No., g) The railing provided to the gallery and stair case shall be with stainless steel of grade 304 for a height of 1 Mt., h) D.I. swan neck ventitators shall be provided in Top dome and slab. Inner Dia ::- 4 Mts., Side Wall Height :- 1.90 Mts.,, i) The Cement cost is Rs.5300/- per M.T. including cost and conveyance, j) The Steel cost GR FE 500 is Rs.60,000/- per M.T. including cost and conveyance, 20 KL OHSR of 12 mts staging
